R - Rotate - R - Rotate - B - R - Rotate - B - Z = 1080!!! And they had the nerve to call SSX "tricky". I loved this game back in the day. Even managed to get hold of an earlier PAL version from Australia. Feels a bit on the slow side nowadays though 4 stars is a fair rating.
LOL... Something's not right here. There hasn't been one comment from an American yet complaining "It's not fair, Nintendo do everything for Europe"!!! Good old christmas holiday spirit!
Merry Chrismas all! keep up the good work VC Reviews.
Christ!... Do you yanks have any idea how painfully long we have to wait not only for console games, but consoles themselves? In the past we've always drawn the short straw. I think we're owed a few early releases.
Ah... good ol' Wave Race 64. How does this bad boy play on the Gamecube pad? Can't remember the button layout and don't want a good game ruined by fiddley controls.
LOL.... I think it's funny that in the movie Jarhead they actually make reference to how difficult Metroid is. Best video game shout out in a movie for a while. Followed closely by Danny Dyer mentioning Donkey Kong in The Business, oh and the Mr Burns playing Pac-Man scene in The Simpsons, even though that's TV.
Ugh... I'll have none of that F-Zero sillyness, Thank you very much. Don't get me wrong it's a good title, but surely in light of Nintendo's massive success we could of had a really special title.
Better yet, why couldn't Nintendo catch everyone off guard and announce the introduction of Sega Saturn Emulation? I'd love to give House Of The Dead or Virtua Cop II a go using the Wii-Mote light gun stylee. How about having Sega Rally or Nights, that'd be awsome!!
Okay perhaps that's just wishful thinking and maybe more appropiate to mark the 1 year anniversary. But I really would of appreciated some more significant "retro gold". Super Mario Bros 3, Track & Field, Paper Mario, Duck Hunt, Mario Kart. You have to admit, everyone who reads this site would of had a fat smile plastered across their face if one of those titles had of popped up instead of the predictable and by todays standards quite mediocre F-Zero X.
Hmmm... Not a huge Mystical Ninja fan. Vaguely remember the N64 version and felt it was a bit too "Japanesey". Might give this one a try though.
With not much time to dedicate to gaming, arcade games have been a lifesaver for getting my fix. Kudos to Ghetto Ninja name dropping TMNT: Turtles In Time... Those were happy days!
Does anyone else reckon an old school arcade controller would be sweet? Y'know, chunky joy-stick and large, clicky action buttons. The Dreamcast's grey and green one used for Dynamite Cop being the best example.

Re: Mega Man 2
Advice needed... It's a toss up between, Mega Man 2, Super Metroid or Gunstar Hero's? Which one should I pick?
