Im 99% certain these forced pointless updates for Switch 1 are slowing the systems down. Never had such problems with my internet connections until Switch 2 came out and they started making me update for no reason every week. Suddenly constant internet problems.
Planned obsolesence like crApple got caught doing mayhaps? Forcing people to upgrade via slowed speeds? Wouldn't put it past them.
