Emulators are generally perfectly legal but they can likely expose the creators to for “secondary copyright infringement.” Providing the means to infringe copyright can sometimes make someone liable.
I think i am more relieved than excited to see this. I have way too many games on my backlog. Now i can comfortably keep pushing them off for many more years.

I'd be curious if there is an option to do a traditional race with 3 laps around the same course. Sometimes I like going around in circles.

Not having an extended stickerbrush symphony is a crime, but i can just play it on repeat so that’s not a huge deal.
