@Jumwa pretty sure its available in either the circular set of stores or in the set near the very top of the map. Cannot remember the name for the life of me but I have definitely seen it.

Personally was changing my outfit for every story beat and even updating my in game rank photo to match, my current fit is inspired by zygarde as i go around finishing the postgame.
