@ThaBEN This is incorrect. 3 minutes of chat is only sent to Nintendo in the case that someone in the call reports someone else. This is explained in the software and in the EU terms of service. Otherwise Nintendo has no access to the data, it is recorded locally.
Deaf people shouldn’t be coddled. It isn’t Nintendo’s job to censor conversation over voice chat. See Laura Kate Dale’s coverage on this - it’s the correct thing to do.
