Just a comment that Bluetooth is not a feature of flight mode. When you are on an airplane you turn flight mode on, which shuts off all signals but you can turn Bluetooth and wifi back on (indeed this is how most airlines entertainment systems work) and still stay on flight mode. the requirement is cellphone signals be off. Nintendo needs to provide an update.
