@Kalmaro Games don't need to be censored, they never have had a need for it. Also the fan service in this game is very minimal, and fan service does not equal gimped game mechanics. Skullgirls is an good example of a fighting game with fan service and beautiful animation and it's a great game. From what I saw of this game it doesn't have much fan service. It's a fighting game full of snk girls with apparently at least 2 of them having swimsuits as alternate costumes, but nothing about the game screamed fan service. I didn't see any bouncy boobs or anything else that was obviously sexual besides the alternative swimsuits which is really nothing crazy. You have never played the game are yet you're accusing it of being lazy and lacking content. Just let the game release, chill out with the blind accusations my boy. Enjoy life for some time until the game releases.
@Kalmaro I'm not saying you're abnormal, I'm saying that caring about some snk girls clothing is nonsensical and being ok with censorship (Which is an actual issue we have with Nintendo) is just not right, at least to me. Not comment on your mental health, the mentality of censorship pro people appears very abnormal to me personally.
@Kalmaro I get that, but its just an f-ing bikini as an alternative costume. It's impossible for something like that to genuinely effect a mentally sound and normal human being. Censorship is still wrong btw, and welcoming it is not cool. Although I do believe that arguing over this on the internet in this little chat room is pointless. Haven't had a good debate in a while though so why not defend what I believe. Thanks for avin a go at it with me, it's been interesting.
@Kalmaro Maybe those people should not be offended over fictional characters in the first place. If they are petty enough to care about a characters clothing then they could just not buy the game. To change an entire game for a small amount of oddly affected snowflakes just makes no sense. Censorship is bad man, stop trying to defend it.
@Kalmaro Ok, I personally have no problem with fan service, but even if I did, I would not be okay a game being censored in different countries. I don't get you would care about animated characters in a already ridiculous fighting game having abnormal clothing, you can't objectify characters in a game, they are not people. It really doesn't matter how they dress. Sex sells, there's nothing wrong with people or vg characters being sexy, male and female characters, who cares. There are actual issues that exist, this is not one of them.
@Kalmaro Yes if they were originally dressed modestly then I'd be fine with the same brought over here. It did seem like you were saying its a problem to be attracted to females but whatever. A translation is definitely required to fully enjoy a game. I don't get what you mean by "you might get audio or text translated", no kidding, that's what gets translated in a translation. You don't get a game released in the English market with Japanese only audio and subtitles my dude, that would mean it isn't translated. But anyway, translation is not 1-1 with censorship. Censorship is never necessary and It's almost insulting when they censor games for the us like we can't handle the game how it was made.
@Kalmaro The thing is, a translation is a necessary part of the game. We couldn't play the game if the language was not translated, but that doesn't compare to changing or taking out any content such as characters outfits for other regions. Its unnecessary censorship, there's no way around it. Now i'm pretty sure in your third line what you meant was if the game never had skimpy clothes in the first place but they added them i would be okay with it, if that's what you meant then no, the game should have no unnecessary changes between the versions. My problem here is with your argument, I'm happy that they didn't change anything for the american release of this game, my only problem was with what you said, and how you were disappointed that a game did not get censored which makes no sense at all. As a side note are you really trying to tell me that liking women is a "problem"? Actually liking girls is normal and not a problem in case you didn't know, that's not even what this is about. My argument is anti censorship.
@Kalmaro you've got it wrong dude. It doesn't matter if the costumes are ridiculous or if you like them or not, it's how the game is originally in Japan. Censorship is bad, other regions deserve to get the original game with no cut content or censorship. Also how could some skimpy outfits make you disappointed with an entire series, do you go to the beach and suddenly get depression or something? Anyways just screwing around at this point, but your opinion is trash.

Re: SNK Heroines: Tag Team Frenzy Will Not Censor Risqué Costumes For Western Switch Release
@Kalmaro Alright cool, I don't like fan service when it impedes on other aspects of games or any medium, but if it doesn't then I'm all for it.
