Nintendo is kinda a troll face corporation to me. Everything that they don't like or is jelous about "how can they do what we can't!?", they try to take down... Serious, they maybe fear too much put something good as a ENTIRE NO COMERCIAL GAME WITHOUT THEY ASSETS (First because the dude used ONLY original sprites, and even changes the name of characters to don't have problems with it, second is "How the ***** Nintendo find it?" Serious, this thing have probable a 1 to 1000 chances to find the forum with the official game dev link), and is kinda funny because, this project is at "ON" status, from so many years, that is impossible to they stop the download to this game, even the last update (funny fact that i found in some Nintendo hack roms download website). So they just do that because they can't do better i guess... And yes, even then can't stop other people to do a game, hack or art using Nintendo characters at all, because, they do not have eyes in everyones PCs or websites, so maybe, another version or update to this and other based Nintendo/ Super Mario games will be found. Is not like i like to say "Yes, do it!", is just the true... The one and only even they know in the end...
