@drewber2635 I guess it's a matter of time, really... For somebody who doesn't have the time to grind, mtx is the fast-track. From what I've read, the grind isn't reasonable. In some ways, it's subjective. What you're calling a much slower rate' is somebody else's 'glacial pace'.
The same subjectivity likely applies between what someone considers 'pay to win' and you consider 'pay for advantage'.
Looks wholly unoriginal, sadly. Character looks like a Chibi War from Darksiders, animation style and humor looks like it's cribbing heavily from Dead Cells, sequences in the boss fight borrow moments from Doc Strange's fight with Dormammu and Thor Ragnarok's helmet bounce after defeating Surtur.
Bosses look like they've been lifted from Witcher and Titan Souls. The gameplay itself looks like Titan Souls. Even the name is derivative and more attention-grabbing than meaningful.
I'm all for indies but, sheesh, you definitely have to bring something new to the table.
It's not surprising Fallout 76 outsold Let's Go. The game had a much greater price-slashing than Let's Go, afaik. Seeing something that's 50% off is much easier to pull the trigger on than, say, a 20% price reduction. Even if the game's reviewing badly, people will a see a price like that and think it's worth a go.
