@jco83 moon channel doesnt even do research for his videos. I would say look at his open hand foundation "lawyer perspective" video but he took it down after getting called out by for not knowing what he was talking about.
@HeadPirate Belive it or not I don't have access to Nintendo's internal policy's unlike it seems like you do along with your license to practice patent law in Japan that I'm sure you have. And I didn't know ENTERTAINED CENTER CO., LIMITED was an adult swim company, glad you where able to conjure up that connection.
I'll just wait till the results of the trial instead of dealing with arm chair lawyers that know what is best for the games industry.
@HeadPirate all thoes games together have sold less than palword. And the direct asset rip games are made in China and Nintendo hasn't found a way to sue into that country yet since their government doesn't care.
You got a source on the stolen code claim?
@HeadPirate can we just stop setting dangerous legal precedent? They asked for a low amount so if PP don't bother fighting it and pay it sets a horrible standard that Nintendo can bully and take down anyone they want. God forbid a game has ball throwing mechanics. Will Nintendo sue MLB next?
@fafonio it was a one to one comparison, how is that bad logic? You can have mini games to mash to win and other to waggle to win which adds more variety to minigames instead of just two mash a to win mini games. You can't have that without motion controls.
@RandomGamesAndStuff and they would be right! Motion controls add unparalleled variety to mini games compared to what can be done with a few buttons and a stick. How many mini games end up just being mash a to win? Motion controls can change up this exact scenario in so many ways such as shaking a soda can or cranking a flag pole in mario party 8.
