Every one would have a better chance at getting a code if you went on reddit

Where did every one get the codes from like what did it say in your mail? and I know every one is asking for a code so i wont ask just want to know the name of the mail thanks

Im not really bothering anyone for a code but id like to know where you signed up for the codes or where the codes were sent like to your e-mail from club Nintendo or from a different site?
