I turned off the motion controls (except when firing) and that solved my "shaky hand" syndrome. I really wish the gyrocopter thing would've been reserved for short(er) bonus stealth levels instead of having its own level. But I really like the feel of riding around in the Arwing and, when needed, shooting through the Gamepad like a I'm manning the guns on the Millennium Falcon. Once you get the hang of it, it's got really satisfying controls, especially for the dogfights.
