@Uska I don't really have a problem with games or media with only females themselves (I don't see why people would have a problem with JUST that), but Touhou is pretty much the only series I can actually frequently enjoy with only girls, because unless it's fanmade (which by then it would depend on the game or content in general), it's actually the only series I know that actually has an interesting lore and have the characters behave much more than just being cutesy stereotypes. It also is the safest series from Japan filled with girls since there's practically no fanservice and sexualization (unless it is, again, fanmade). Plus, much of the music slaps hard (even a lot of fanmade ones).
I swear, it's like it's the first time some of you have seen an androgynous/effeminate male here, and to find him bad just cause he looks like a girl? lol
@GamingFan4Lyf That... doesn't make any sense whatsoever, especially when it comes to a genre like shmups, which are quite niche outside of the Eastern regions. There is nothing wrong with giving a particular genre like this a lot more attention on a particular platform. It neither overshadows any of the other things it will usually get nor will it ever be a reason to be pushed away from being a platform for the other genres.
