To maybe shed some light on a fews comments I've seen regarding the exterior of the building being uninviting or uninspired. Kyoto city has specific, extremely rigid rules about how a building should appear with regard to colour, design, height and many other factors. Bright colours and quirky building designs are generally frowned upon and even against city codes. While technicailly this is Uji city in Kyoto prefecture, I have to assume that Nintendo wanted to keep harmony with the quiet, residential surroundings by not making a gaudy Super Nintendo World-like attraction in a quiet neighbourhood that they have long ties with.
Glad I could help shed some light on the lack of details coming from Nintendo, seeing how it's basically "late March" already. Also, Nintendo have been recruiting workers for a June 1st start. Does that mean it will Open June 1st? Possibly, or possibly Golden Week in late April/ Early May. Here is a link a Famitsu article about the job hirings. https://www.famitsu.com/news/202402/27335877.html

@Twilite9 It could be done in a 2-3 hours, but if you want to really take your time maybe 5. I think I was there for 3+ hours.
