YES!! This is my favourite version and also has the best soundtrack of all Mario kart games in my opinion. Each character had their own victory theme - something that is missing from the others. Me and my older brother played this game all the time on the SNES, along with Killer Instinct and Final Fight 2. Those were the good old days! That console brought so many wonderful memories sniff

Now that is true next gen gaming and the graphics don't need to be ultra realistic to be enjoyable. It'll be awesome If Nintendo releases a headgear attachment for the Wii U game pad.

It's a shame but I'm not surprised at all. It was going to be inevitable. Sony has been defeating Nintendo for years in hardware sales (except for the Wii) so this isn't new news. As long as Nintendo keeps bringing out awesome quality games, the Wii U is a fantastic console - although it's depressing to see the sales

I dislike using touch based controls to move around because they don't respond as well as physical buttons. Suppose Nintendo could release a Pokemon version of Bejeweled would cool. Donkey Kong Freeze saga sounds nice. How about Angry Kongs?

Looks impressive. It's awesome how they just used pencil drawings and makes it beautiful at the same time.
I hope Nintendo releases something like, Miiverse: The game, in the future.

sigh Where's Project Zero/Fatal Frame U - that game would be awesome to play on the Wii U with the Gamepad used as a camera. Only time will tell.

Hmmm. Something tells me that this game will be a interactive movie made of quicktime events and button sequences like Heavy Rain...yeah, the Wii U doesn't need those sorts of games.

PS4 is going to overtake the Wii U. lifetime sales. There is no doubt about that. Nintendo must hang in there and not give in. All they need to do is to release more games on the Wii U.

To be honest, i don't think this is the type of game that the Japanese would be interested in. They're more interested in RPGs, rhythm games and life simulations. I for one can not wait to get this game.

This actually reminds me of a good ol' old NES game with such hardcore difficulty. I bet most Sony and Microsoft fanboys wouldn't even get pass 5 seconds without dying.

GameSpot gave this a 6???? Wow they're so arrogant. For Gamespot, if isn't COD it gets bad rating. I can't wait for this game.

If Nintendo wants to grab the core gamer's attention, they need to bring out more amazing games. At the moment, most gamers are thinking, "Wii U is a underpowered weak console for kids"
They seriously have to come up with an idea that would change those biased views.

Nah COD is a kids game. SM3DW is a game for all ages who love to have pure fun.

I LOVE my Wii U! It's an amazing console! I love my PS3 and Xbox 360 just as much.

Sorry but I am one of those people who is not interested in Watch_Dogs - it's like another clone of GTA minus the gangs. I'm more interested in X and Mario Kart 8. It is sad that it's delayed though.

Ooooh! I'm looking forward to this game especially with the online modes. I hope they won't release it on the PS Vita, PS3/PS4 and Xbox 360/Xbox One because they will be saying stuff like, "Don't get the Wii U version, the PS4 version is much more superior!" which I'm really sick of.

I praise game developers who actually try and make different genres. This looks pretty addictive. The music sounds really cute too.

But..but...but what about the Wii U? Surely it can take GBA games as well since they are doing it with the DS.

Anyway it's lovely to hear they're trying to add GBA games on the 3DS.
