Finally got through to Nintendo, zero help, ''its out of our hands because the courier has it'' so you have to contact them even though they told me to contact you. Load of nonsense nintendo.

@Doggypup Yeah its not looking good, will update you if it arrives though i doubt it will.

Have the same problem, Told it was royal mail and posted on thursday. Since found out hermes have it but the tracking is currently on the same as it was 6am yesterday morning. At national hub, so i dont know where it is or if to expect anything today or not.

@Doggypup Same but since 6am, I dont know if its moved or not or wether that just hasnt updated yet. On hold to Nintendo for ages.

@6581punk What does your say when you track it on hermes world? Mine says Sorting at national hub whatever that means lol. Aint moved since 6am Friday morning.

@KageMaru Yeah I have a tracking code, Its been in a national hub since yesterday at 6am, They told me to contact the retailer to get full tracking as their system is limited for hermesworld stuff. Currently on hold to Nintendo, whats the wait time today?

I did get my other 2 parcels today from the store via royal mail, just no console. But 3 out of 3 missing launch day delivery is a bit extreme lol.

Is hermesworld and myhermes 2 different companies or what? Apparently only the retailer can contact hermes world and thats what my switch has gone through.

Curiousity made me contact Hermes and apparently they have a parcel for me being sorted at the national hub since 6am yesterday morning Im Not expecting anything to be delivered so it has to be it. Not looking good for delivery today for me anyway
