I really hate Club Nintendo in North America. It's a miserable joke with nothing good in it. I wish I've gotten the Game & Watch Collection, but I didn't. Now their is nothing worth getting in North America.
No online = no online play. Can't they just get add online play? There is no way I'm buy another Mario & Sonic at the Olympic Games game until they put online play in one game.
Reggie Fils-Aime said the truth. The PSPGo sucks and I will never justify buying the system. It cost way too much now. Save your money and get a Playstation 3, like I'm doing. It's only $299 and it's worth it. In fact, I would rather get the Xbox 360, and I don't want that either.
Could the PSPGo be the end of Sony supporting the gaming market? I sure hope not.
Let's see. Virtual Console is decent, WiiWare is potentially great, and DSiWare could be good too. Nothing for me really, but not that bad. More Capcom/SNES support FTW!
That's almost halirious to hear if it wasn't such a big lie. Nintendo did take a huge risk with the Wii this generation and it payed off. Sales, quanity, features, and quality.
Sony doesn't have the sales.
Thank you Nintendo for ignoring your so-called "hardcore" audiences (The unapperative ones of course) and doing something smart. Attracting new audiences to the table and keeping the real fans together.
I don't know when the game will ever show up. Hopefully, it will by Christmas.
We have waited too long.
I really want this game on the Virtual Console in America. I had lots of fond memories of the game and being able to explore them again would be great.
@Darkflash: That's bull, Kirby's Dreamland 3 is defindently not the best Nintendo title out there.
If they are making us wait that long, they should release it this Monday.
Even thought I alrady have Pokemon Puzzle League, I will probably get this when it comes out on the North American Virtual Console.
@Supermarioman: The name is the only thing going against it's VC release in North America an Europe, which means we are almost guaranteen to see this game on the Virtual Console.
A good week for the Virtual Console, here's to hoping that we get Final Fantasy II (IV) on the North American Virtual Console soon. I actually really want that game.
@cheetahman91: Regardless of what people say, Earthbound is likely to appear on the North American and Japanese Virtual Console (Europeans, not so much). However, the game is under legal issues with lots of copyright issue they Nintendo needs to sort out for the games Virtual Console release.
While I won't be getting this anytime soon, I'm glad that some of you enjoy the VC release of Final Fantasy. However, that was unpredictable.
Personally, I'll get Final Fantasy II (IV) instead to see what the Final Fantasy fuss is all about. Not to mention I actually really want that game.
@Rapadash6: Sure it's been awhile since we've gotten a Nintendo game on the Virtual Console, but there are around 10 Nintendo games coming to the Virtual Console. I'm sure Nintendo is saving some of those for Christmas. Also, our fellow Europeans already got some Nintendo games, so we should expect our fair share soon. Please don't give up hope, The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask is not our last Nintendo title for the Virtual Console.
I am so tired of half-assed attempts at Wii versions.
My suggestion to make things all fair? If a game is coming to the Wii, they should build it ground up from the Wii version and port it to the PS3 and 360 version. They better put there main focus on the Wii.
@JJ: The Arcade version is called Street Fighter. However, in the TurboGrafx-CD version, they changed it to Fighting Street for unknown reason. So it makes sense that they retain the original version.
Here's to hoping the game gets at least five stars out of ten, then the week won't suck last this week.
I was so excited for the Wii Shop Channel update and this is what we got. Sure DSiWare and WiiWare are good, but the Virtual Console is horrible! Why did Sega seriously think it was a good idea to jack up the price to 1,000 Points on a horribly aged game? We should have gotten something good this week for the Virtual Console, if they are going to have a bad game, they should compliment it with a good game so the week isn't full of suck like this week was.
Capcom should just gut the Wii version release, it's obviously the inferior version. I'm tired of seeing the Wii getting inferior versions and to end this, they need to cancel inferior versions of games.
@ Anyone doubting Kirby Super Stars Virtual Console release on North American/European/Australia/South Korea release.
Why do you doubt that this game will be on the North American Virtual Console? Sure we haven't seen a Nintendo game in months (And pretty ****ed off about it.), but NOA isn't abandoning Virtual Console support. If they did, the Virtual Console would be dead (Not to mention I would have sold my Wii). But they at least somewhat care and are keeping it alive. It's not like we'll have to wait for milestone numbers for a Nintendo title every time. Eventually, Nintendo of America will have to start put up there own Virtual Console title again. I can wait as long as the third-party games are good.
Beside, we are one step closer to getting Earthbound released on the Virtual Console.
People doubted that this game would ever see a Virtual Console release, you are wrong. This awesome game is coming. I can't wait for it's release on North American shores.
I knew that they were a very old gaming company, but happy 120th birthday Nintendo.
They are truly an amazing company. They manage to give us the best of video games and continue to do so. Unlike Cartoon Network and Disney, Nintendo has never forgotten what made them the best and learns from there best years and improve upon it. While they are not perfect, they are my favorite video game company for a reason.
Out of all of our childhood memories, Nintendo is one of the very few things that has not died and turned against us. They are always for us and they have not forgotten us.
Thank you Nintendo. You'll forever have a special place in our hearts.
1. Nintendo Vs. Capcom (A must.) 2. Namco Vs. Capcom (Never had one in America) 3. Tatsunko Vs. Capcom 2 (I'm actually surprised nobody suggested this.) 4. Mortal Kombat Vs. Capcom 5. Tekken Vs. Capcom 6. Soul Caliber Vs. Cacpom 7. King Of Fighters Vs. Capcom 8. Sega Vs. Capcom 9. NEC/Hudson Soft Vs. Capcom 10. Sony Vs. Capcom 11. Marvel Vs. Capcom 3
I think it could be Super Smash Bros.: The Last Story. If so, I hope they have crazy plans for the game and make it so awesome, it's going to blow all other games.

Re: Ghoul Patrol
Take this from a more positive aspect. At least it's a sign of continual LucasArts support.
Re: Review: Happy Holidays: Halloween (WiiWare)
This game is so utterly embarrassing, I litterally laughed.
Let's make a Happy Hoilday: Haloween bashing thread.

Goodbye Captain Lou Albano. We hope you rest in piece.
Re: Joe the Condor Zeroes in on Tatsunoko vs Capcom
This is awesome. My hype for the game just went up. Wish it was released this Christmas, but then again, we gotta be patience.

It would be nice if someone were to put up a video about this game.
Re: Review: Word Searcher (WiiWare)
Digital Leasiure next game: Math.
Where you do 50 kindergarten math problems. Boring as hell and should be free. But because we don't care, you're force to fork over 1,000 Wii Points!
I'll laugh if that happens, they fail at making games.

This is great news for Nintendo. May they further succeed, it'll pay off for all of us. Oh wait, it's already doing that.

That is awesome. That explain why they make money and is indeed the best video game company in the world.
Re: Rare May Return to Nintendo Consoles
Really? That would be amazing. I knew Rare still cared about Nintendo, they must know the situation that they're in.
They might even be daring enough to put their old games on the Virtual Console.
Hope for Rare games coming to the Virtual Console is not lost!
Re: Epic Mickey Is Exclusive To Wii
Man I cannot wait for this game to come out.
If the game is awesome and sells well, maybe we'll finally start to see Disney supporting the Virtual Console.

Re: Monster Hunter 3 May Be Feeless
I'm going to be honest here. I will not pay for online. I cannot afford to do so, plus I'm only 15, so I'll be out of luck since I don't have a job.
I hope the online is free.

Re: Did Nintendo Secretly Patch The Conduit?
Finally. Maybe I won't have to worry about this any longer and it'll be more enjoyable to play again.
Proof that the Wii can be patched.
Re: Kirby Super Star
@Kevin: I agree, it's not worth shelling out $35 for a remake when we could wait for it's VC release and pay just $8.
I don't buy remakes for a reason. I really want to be a true supporter of the Virtual Console and buying remakes don't count.
Re: Review: Dragon Quest Wars (DSiWare)

My next DSiWare games will be Mario Vs. Donkey Kong: Minis March Again and Dragon Quest Wars.

Re: Limited Edition Wii Sports Resort Bundle to Feature Two Wii MotionPlus Accessories
Nintendo is stepping up this holiday, still not getting the game anytime soon, but will get Wii MotionPlus.
Re: Zombies Ate My Neighbors
This should give hope of an Earthbound VC release. If LucasArts can do licensed games, then Nintendo can certantly bring out Earthbound.
Chances of that game releasing on the Virtual Console is more likely and Zombies Ate My Neighbors is guarantee.
Re: Nintendo Announces Official U.S. Wii Price Drop
Finally. Now Nintendo is practically guarantee to win the console war.
Re: Frank West Confirmed For Tatsunoko vs. Capcom

All sound great to me.
Re: Square Enix Prez Stares Into Crystal Ball; Sees New Wii in 2011
Nintendo should wait until 2012, mainly because when I get a PS3, I don't want to have to hear six months later that Nintendo is making a new console.
Re: Nintendo Download: Cubes, Ninjas, Tennis, Strategy Games and Cameras (US)
Being one of the few people who actually likes this update, I believe we have a excellent Virtual Console update, plus a promising WiiWare game.
DsiWare? Don't care.
Overall, I have to get Last Ninja 2.
Re: Rare: Fate Was Against Us With Goldeneye
@grenworthshero: Unfourtnently, I never had. This is why I have to depend on a VC release on ALL N64 titles.
I'm still holding out hoping for this game. The current gaming license owner is Activision, a supporter of the Virtual Console, so it might happen.
Nobody respond to this comment.
Re: Braben: Many Wii Owners Don't Realise They Can Go Online
Of course we all know that, but the online is free, so why don't people use the online? It's still decent.
We can only hope Nintendo does something about this in North America.
Re: Help People Get Their Wii Consoles Online, Get Free Games
Why doesn't NOA do this? A good reason to complain.
Re: Nintendo of Europe Announces WiiWare and DSiWare Plans for the Rest of 2009
You guys are lucky, NOA are always so secretive.
Re: Bomberman Coming to DSiWare
Online play + Bomberman = Epic win and buy.

Re: Toys R Us Get In On Wii Price Drop Shenanigans
Official words on price drop please.
I wouldn't be surprised if the Wii didn't get a price drop, Nintendo must announce one this year, or I will be getting a Playstation 3.
Re: Nintendo Channel Gets An Update in North America
I saw the update and so far, it's awesome. Thanks NOA for doing something right, which you rarely do directly.
Re: Wal Mart: Wii Price to be Rolled Back Next Month
Nintendo needs to give us the official price cut before I change my mood on the price it has not. This won't do squat.
