Re: Citizens of Earth Has Returned to the 3DS eShop

@Kimyonaakuma If hackers were too preoccupied about others, it would stiffle development of homebrew. Please don't use that rhetoric. If anything, blame Nintendo for not properly QC'ing games that go into eShop and after it being removed. Nintendo is notorious for not having good communication with developers. If they can't say what's wrong especifically, then it will never get fixed.

Most developers are not aware of 3DS Homebrew and the only time a game got removed and came back patched, it was because Smealum, the author of Ironhax (IronFall Invasion) told the developers on twitter that he was sorry if it was removed.

If you can't secure your console and games, then it's your own damn fault if they get exploited. Heck, Nintendo can't even secure their own eShop and now people download games directly from their servers.

Just to add, Nintendo doesn't patch their exploited games and still leaves them on the eShop which is really hypocritical.

It's not the hackers' fault if a game is removed from e-shop. It's Nintendo's. They insta remove third party games but don't remove or offer the same patched game method like Ironfall did for OoT, SSB ou PSMD. They are really hypocritical with the way they go about it.

Either they remove every game that's exploited and wait for it to be patched or don't remove them at all. Nintendo being the money-grubbers they are as usual.
