This is a great explanation and makes a lot more sense than "someone random every couple of weeks."
The strangest encounter I've had so far is with Flip. Met him on an island, the next day he was moving in (in boxes), and then the very first time I ever saw him outdoors the next day he asked if I thought he should move.
So I'm thinking the "moved in most recently" disqualifier has since been added to the code.
