Um, is everyone from an alternate universe? Video games costing $70 on release is absolutely nothing new, do you not know that? There's lots of comments here saying that this is some sort of price increase, that this will be what they do going forward. Were you born yesterday? Most video games I've bought on release were $60-$80. This is nothing new. They aren't doing anything nefarious here.
