@fabiop How are they dead? They're a billion dollar company. The Yakuza franchise does great critically and financially. Of course, Sonic brings a lot of value as well, with him being their mascot. Shadow also counts to an extent. So how are they dead exactly? Although they probably won't reach Nintendo's level (and they don't have to, those days are long gone anyway), it doesn't mean they're dead. Sega is fine.
