They updated their game and fixed some bugs. You can take these developers down off the cross, you dorks.
I played through the whole game over the course of a few days and only encountered one of the listed bugs (the "doggo through the hedge" one) and otherwise the game played just fine. It was a lot of fun! Your mileage may vary but it worked well for me and apparently will work better now when my wife takes a crack at it this weekend.
