Capcom versus Square Enix

The GBA one was great, and the first DS one was kind of disappointing, so I'm glad to see this one get such a good mark. Now to choose between this game, or scribblenauts.....

Awesome. I got Lostwinds on launch day, and almost forgot a sequel was coming. Let's hope it gets here soon.

The whole reason that this isn't out is because it would dominate sales of FF4: TAY. Think about it; who would buy The After Years if this game was available at the exact same price?

All my console are my first of each kind. I've had my Wii for about 2 years, my 360 for a year, and my PS3 for 2 days.

Square Enix loves to squeeze every dollar they can out of their fans. Hence the reason why we're still waiting for the final part of FF4: TAY.

If only Rare still worked with Nintendo. I'd sure love a new Donkey Kong Country game.

You say that Final Fantasy IV: The after years is still at the top as if it's been there for a while. It's only the second week.

I'm still not sure if I should get one or not. I guess I'll have to wait and see what games come out on DSiWare,

I have a Game Boy Player, so don't use my actual Game Boy Advance SP that much. I still use it though, and almost prefer playing game boy games on there instead of on my DS.

If the DSiWare games continue like this then I might consider buying one.

I can't remember the last two release week on Wiiware. (Or Virtual Console for that matter) At least we finally have Majoras Mask here in North America.

It would be reasonable to have 3 episodes across 3 groups for 800 points a group. That way we don`t have to wait a month for an episode and the game will be affordable.

Now that I know it's episodic I'm rethinking buying this.

I'm guessing the DS release of Final Fantasy IV means we won't see that for a while. At least we'll be getting this sooner than later.

I sure hope we get these remakes.

NOA are being real jerks about this. It's probably the most anticipated Virtual Console release and yet they're making us wait for it, even though Europe and Japan have had it for almost a month now.

I really hate how every major game announced to come to Virtual Console spends at least a few months being ready for a release before finally hitting the shop channel.

The whole point was that the Majoras Mask world is like an alternate universe to the Ocarina of Time world and that the people are mostly the same.

The DS remake also features an increased difficulty, which is prefferable if you don't like the easier version on the SNES.

I agree that the SNES version is by far the least prefferable of all of the versions.

Of course, when it comes out for virtual console, there will be the adventage of it only being $8.00. Even if it is the worst version, it's still a great price for this game.

Easily the best WiiWare game out there. Well worth the 1500 points.

The Virtual Console versions are simply ports, occasionaly with a few miscelanious tweaks. Square Enix would have to change quite a bit of the game's code to make it all say Final Fantasy IV.

Glad to see this game getting the same perfect rating as OoT.

If you haven't played Final Fantasy IV, then buy that first. I found this out the hard way with Final Fantasy X and X-2.

EDIT: I've got this one, and It's pretty great.

One of the few games I still play on my N64. I don't care what anybody says, this game will always be better than Ocarina of Time.

Finally, some decent RPGs. I can't wait for this one to come out.

I've played the remakes, but I can't wait to play the original version. I'm glad Square Enix finally decided to release the Final Fantasy games on VC.

I sure hope there's a second season. These were fun games. Personally, my favorites were the first two.

You should buy it. It's no doubt one of the best games for the N64.

This game is great. Of course, after a while you'll feel like you've done everything you can and get bored, but you'll really enjoy it until then. If you're looking for a good action game or a classic RPG, you'll probably be dissapointed. Of course, it's still a great game, so don't let that stop you from getting it.
