I think of it as to what Smash Bros. is to fighting games as to what Splatoon is to shooters. Keep in mind I haven't played Splatoon, but the reason I make this comparison is because I could see it appealing to 'casual gamers' and 'hardcore gamers'. It finds this perfect balance for both worlds. Where I find Mario Kart teeters more to the casual side just a little more than the hardcore side.
I, for one, would be excited for the 'diffusion console', and I have some ideas that I think could make it work. I don't know if the technology is there, but I think they are pretty good ideas.
The console will have to support multiple gamepad like controllers, and you could transfer the games to and from the console. You probably couldn't have the same game on the different gamepad's unless you bought the game more than one time. A cool feature I thought of was to be able to hook the console to multiple T.V.'s in the house, and then if you wanted to transfer the game to one of the T.V.'s from the gamepad like controller, you would swipe up on the screen toward the T.V.. If you have seen the old trailers for the Wii U, it's kind of like when they thrown the video from the gamepad onto the T.V..

Re: The Happy Mask Salesman is Teased for a Reappearance in a New Zelda Game
My guess is that it is going to be a cameo or a side quest like in OOT. I personally do not want a direct sequel to MM

No! I was just thinking about this game the other day, I was really looking forward to it, this is disappointing.
