I didn't mind it that much, but mostly due to the fact I enjoyed the bow, but oh god, THE ARROWS. Which forced me to deal with the weapon degradation, and that is where my hatred for it settled in. Because when I run out of arrows, I have to use my other weapons, which most of the time is already half gone because of the fact I probably picked it from a body that was just hitting me with it. If anything, I wouldn't mind it if there were a crafting system that let you repair weapons (or craft arrows), while still having some degrade, like a branch. Or even reset weapons you pick up, so they wouldn't break almost immediately. But personally, I would throw the entire system out and give unlimited arrows for the bows.
