@Zeldafan79 I think the secret to that lies in the past. Specifically, the Adventure games. SA1 got 3d Sonic right on its first try, and the amount of control and freedom all the characters in the game had hasn't been replicated since. A great formula and and foundation that was never expanded upon, you see.
