It's absolutely true! They canceled my Lucario, most of wave 3, and worst of all Pit from wave 2 which they told me (and I have a screenshot) explicitly last Friday that the order was being processed and would be shipped separately of the Mac and Zelda order. That one's now $50 + on ebay! And I pre-ordered well in advance where I could have ordered elsewhere. It's way too late not >
