I don't know the release date as they haven't announced. But if you want me to guess, probably in between September to November. If they give Mario a "Month of Mario" in November for the anticipation of Super Mario Galaxy, we may see it til then.

I'd say the second is better, because it has Tails, better graphics, more levels, and better music.
My brother says this first one is better, which is weird because Tails is his favorite character.
I like it better when Sonic and Tails team up rather than Sonic being by himself. Two heads are better than one, I always say.

You never know, diablos79. Maybe they will. Maybe Sega will add in Sega CD games for the VC. Maybe even 32X, Saturn, and/or Dreamcast.

I loved my N64 back then because I had the most games for it: Donkey Kong 64, Paper Mario, Hey You Pikachu!, Super Mario 64, Mario Party 1, 2, 3, Diddy Kong Racing, Mario Tennis, and Tom and Jerry: Fist of Furry. That's why I hope Nintendo releases all of my ol' friends again. I can't believe I sold them for a PS2!

Still, with the PS3 failing, I wonder if Sony will become a developer like Sega. Who knows, maybe we could see PS1 games on it in the future.

Maybe we could get some downloadable content for our current and future Wii games, like Super Smash Bros. Brawl, Metroid Prime 3, Pokemon Battle Revolution, and Sonic and the Secret Rings. A hard mode would also be cool to download.

Well, releasing Sonic 3 and Sonic and Knuckles "sepreately" is most likely going to happen. Releasing them together though, either they would do it or it'll likely be a special cheat code to link them together. Either way, Sonic and Knuckles will have to come out first in order for them to happen.

Did Sonic 2 (as well as 3 and Knuckles) also challenged Super Mario World, or was it just Sonic 1?

I don't see why some want Nintendo to release All-Stars as it was a cheap imitation of the original games. Super Mario Bros. 2 for NES is a whole lot better.

Well, screw you, Russ, because Donkey Kong Country 2 is the best game in the country series. You know, this reminds me of a similar complaint in the Sonic series whenever one complains about games not focusing on Sonic. Once in a while, a video game series needs to take time off the main cahracter.

I remember playing this game with my brother every morning while eating dry Corn Chex cereal. This game was fun! I hoping Nintendo releases some more N64 games this year, because they only have 4 available. I think the top 5 N64 games that probably will be released this year are Super Smash Bros, Diddy Kong Racing, Yoshi's Story, Mario Party, and Pokemon Snap.

It doesn't matter if you have Sonic Mega Collection, it won't let you save where you left off. It only saves Sonic 3 data. In a way, it is kind of worth buying. Still, I am waiting for Sonic 2.

I know, even if one has Sonic Mega Collection, it will only let you save Sonic 3 data, so in a way, it is worth buying both 1 and 2.

I'm a Sonic fan no matter what. The coolness of a Sonic game should make alot of fans who are more towards Mario a bit jealous at times. Even though the two are no longer rivals anymore, it's good look back sometimes, but not too much. Speaking of rivals, does anyone know if Crash Bandicoot is still a rival of Mario (even if he is on other platforms)?

I agree with you Mark. Turtles in Time was the best. However, I have a feeling Konami will release TMNT 2 and 3 before they get to 4. And Eric I too would like to play Battletoads, as I have never played it before but hear good things about it. The only problem is that Rare is owned by Microsoft now, and they even don't intend to put Battletoads on Xbox Live Arcade beacuse the people at Rare believe that Battletoads has an "inhuman difficulty".

Me and my brother play this game all the time as this is the only good multiplayer game on the vc. Has anyone heard any news or rumors of when Mario's other N64 games (such as Mario Party) coming to the vc? Please let me know.

Bass X, I agree with you dearly. The Koopa Kids always made Mario games (and cartoons) entertaining. However, you can find them in Mario and Luigi: Superstar Saga as well. Still, I want to see them in full 3D.

Does anyone remember Pac Man 2: The New Adventures. I hope they port that game out.

Ash, of course we care about Donkey Kong 64. I mean, it's among my favorite N64 title. It's just that DK is owned by Nintendo, so of course we'll see DK games. I've always wanted to play Battletoads to see why lots of gamers bug for that game.

I love this game! Still, I am wishing for 2, 3, and most of all, DK64.

That's cool! Even though it wasn't my favorite of the earlier TMNT game it was still very challenging. I hope they bring the other games like Ninja Turtles 3: The Manhattan Project.
