Professional Poké-Streamer and Gym Leader Iono is returning to the airwaves on 14th October. That's right, we're getting another dribble of Pokémon Scarlet & Violet news this week after the reveal of the Electric-type Gym Leader on the 12th.
Announced on the official Japanese Pokémon Twitter (spotted via Serebii), Levincia's Leader will be bopping and bouncing on our screens tomorrow at the same time as before — 9am EDT / 2pm BST / 23 AEST on Friday 14th October. Don't expect anything too big, however — yesterday's stream/trailer was relatively short, and we expect tomorrow's will also be around the same length.
In the stream yesterday, Iono wanted us to play a game of "Who's Iono's Partner?" and we expect we'll find out exactly who that Pokémon is, as the name of the Japanese stream translated to "What is Gym Leader Iono's Partner Pokémon? Correct Answer Revealed!" as confirmed by Serebii on ResetEra.

@Anti-Matter Can't wait for her Electric types to be immune to Ground via ability or typing, or just Terastalize into a type that mops up Ground entirely. That seems to be a thing they're doing based on the Grass Gym.
I actually like that there doing the whole stream thing with her, makes it fun, aside from her voice the video was fun. I’m not going to tune in, I mean if I remember, but I think it’s cool nonetheless. (Also I hope there’s voice acting in the actual game and not just these promotions.)
I just think her voice leans into the online persona she has, and thats why she is over the top and hyperactive, tho I can totally see why people wouldn’t like her voice, I wasn’t a fan at first, but the more I thought about it the more I liked the idea, and I just love her hairpins, they even blink and react! Tbh tho I feel like people would have hated her even without the voice, they probably would have called her cringe just for being an idol.

It's been interesting to see the culture shock(?) people have when hearing her speak. I guess what sounds totally normal to you can be absolutely ear grating to someone else haha.
@Fizza but it’s ground/water and her Pokémon is electric. Unless it’s another evo or region exclusive I doubt it’s that Pokémon
@Pokefanmum82 I mean it hasn't exactly stopped them turning a horse on literal fire into My Little Pony so anything's possible really.
@Pokefanmum82 Brassius is shown using Sudowoodo, which is Rock type, and Rock alone, until the addition of the Grass tera type. So I wouldn't rule it out.
Can't wait! This is a fun way to stoke the fires before release!
I have some ideas, but thay depends if it's a new Pokemon or an old one. Or a new regional Pokemon. Or a old Pokemon with a tera type.
So, I will just wait and see.
