Back in August, Amazon Japan seemingly revealed an unannounced Avatar: The Last Airbender video game, based on the popular Nickelodeon anime-style cartoon series.
A follow-up rumour then suggested the game would be arriving on November 8th. Now, in the latest development, the same title, known as "Avatar: The Last Airbender - Quest for Balance" has surfaced on GameFly.
As noted by Gematsu in the tweet above, it's the same date as listed elsewhere - which has many fans thinking an announcement could be just around the corner, assuming this is the real deal. GameFly has a decent track record, having previously spotted Titan Quest for Switch and a few other games ahead of the official announcement.
Rumours suggest this new Avatar game, supposedly published by GameMill, could potentially have cel-shaded style graphics. Story details have also possibly leaked, which you can read about in our previous post.

If this is really happening I hope it's good. We already got a crap live action movie and what I've heard about the Netflix adaptation hasn't been encouraging. ATLA fans need a win.

Avatar The Last Airbender is still my favorite Western animation ever. I would love to play an Avatar game on Switch.

And although the premise of the game sounds great, we have a lot to learn before I'm ready to pre-order.

If any of you are interested in picking up Nickelodeon Kart Racers 3, Zuko will be a playable character but ONLY if you get the "Turbo Edition." No idea if he will be made available as separate paid DLC or not. This game is NOT just a cheap cash grab; the first one was basically shovelware, but the second was an absolute hidden gem. This third game looks to be better in every way.

@Snatcher Oh yeah, they all look really solid this time around. That wasn't the case with the first game at all, and the second and even NASB were kinda half-and-half in terms of good models. But Jimmy and Cindy look especially good since their show was already CG animated. It's great to see games that have caught up with animation instead of feeling like a downgrade.
As a side note, I'm incredibly happy to finally be getting Jimmy Neutron representation in one of these Nick games for the first time since like 2010. Cindy is a pleasant surprise, though I probably would have went with Carl or Sheen instead. But hey, it's another Jimmy Neutron rep and a female rep that is actually deserved. (I can't believe they're doing Jojo Siwa again...) Zuko is my most-wanted newcomer, and I really hope Fairly OddParents will follow. Fairy World race track, please. Could be the Nickelodeon equivalent to Rainbow Road.

The original creators Brian and Michael are spearheading all-new animated series and movies set in the Avatar universe, the first of which is a movie following the Gaang after the events of A:TLA. This was announced after they dropped from the Netflix production
