I bought Cuphead DLC and Portal Collection the second they were available on the eshop. What a great week!
It's all about Sunbreak for me. So stoked to jump back in.
I want Portal on Switch, but at the time of release, both games were on sale on Steam for $1.99 each. I can't justify dropping $20 on them.
Omori physical is out tomorrow. I'll get my copy and play that this weekend. ♡
Ahh did not know the cuphead dlc was out this week. Looking forward to failing spectacularly all over again.
I've already downloaded Little Noah. It has slightly weird combat but is cute and fun so far. I added Portal to my wishlist; I may wait for a sale.
Just Cuphead for me. Might get Portal down the road.
@OldManHermit I re-downloaded it last night and played through some boss fights. It's so insane.
Time to die, Cuphead, CUPHEAD.
Sunbreak for me. I considered Cuphead and Portal and then realized, I was kidding myself that I’d ever get to them, with Sunbreak out. So, time to sharpen the old’ glaive I got here…
Cuphead DLC for me. Two out of now four Switch games for 2022 acquired. It could be 3 out of 4, but money has been tight these days.
The Portal Collection will be in my collection eventually and hopefully in a cartridge. If not, digital will do it.
I'm just a touch confused.
In American sports all stars, they list the games as
"Baseball, American soccer, hockey, basketball, bowling, shooting and soccer"
We refer to our football as American football, here, and the rest of the world's football as soccer. But what on earth is the difference between American soccer and soccer?
Do other countries have a different sport they call soccer, or is this just a bad attempt at differentiating football and American football?
Nothing this week! Not a Monster Hunter guy, Cuphead is way above my skill level, and I'm good waiting for a Portal sale. It's all good, I just started a Pokémon nuzlocke and that will keep me busy for a while
Cuphead, it’s finally time!
I didn’t realize we were getting a new Rabbids Party game. I must have missed the announcements.
Rabbids > Minions
@Kiwi_Unlimited Someone probably messed up the text. Maybe they wrote the text for the European eShop and then did a bad "Find and replace" change for the American eShop.
It's probably meant to be "American Football". There is no such thing as "American soccer".
Also, for the Arcade Archives fans, it looks like today's game is Thunderceptor.
I got Portal: Companion Collection and Corpse Factory.. By the way, you're missing Corpse Factory on this list. Shameful 😆
@Emmerichcoal Yeah, my copy of Omori shipped out yesterday. If you like that and DDLC then you'll like Corpse Factory which is also on the North American eShop.
Sunbreak is on the way but I bought that for the amiibo so I gotta pick a game I want for this month. So many choices!
Just waiting for the review for Rabbids Pary of Legends. Thanks for the Portal Companion review NL<3.
I bought way too many games last week due to the “Big Ol Super Sale” going on in the Switch Eshop.
On Sale I Picked up:
… 11 games all for around $200 CDN… and still I also picked up the Portal Collection & Cuphead Last Meal DLC… so along with my already established backlog… think I’m good for the rest of the year easily lol think I need to let my wallet chill for a bit now. But it’s def a great time to take advantage of good game sales! Happy Gaming Everyone!
… Wun can only hope.
Loving Cuphead DLC,
though disappointed there's not at least 1 Run and Gun level.
@KingMike
I admit, it would be beautifully convoluted if a new sport called Soccer showed up in Europe.
American football and European Soccer could keep things highly amusing.
Cuphead DLC secured! Can’t wait to dig in. Also finally jumped on Scott Pilgrim since it was on sale for just $5
I'm interested in Little Noah, but I'm patiently waiting for a Nintendo Life review before I decide to buy.
I'm going for Yurukill, or however it's spelled.
I'm a sucker for a good mystery!/horror visual novel! (And with "AI Nirvana initiative" launching last week I'm set for the summer! 😁)
