LOOPERS physically, Card Shark and TOKOYO: The Tower of Perpetuity digitally.
@BenAV Still on the fence with Card Shark, Loopers already shipped for me.
My physical copies of Quake and Double Dragon & Kunio-Kun Retro Brawler Bundle arrived yesterday.
As for this week's releases, I've ordered Strictly Limited's release of the Wonder Boy Collection, which includes an abundance of additional versions. Sadly, it seems that the non-boxed versions have been sold out for those late to the party. I'm not interested in any of the more recent remakes/revivals in the series though.
Card Shark also looks intriguing, and I'll have a crack at the demo, and if I do happen to enjoy it, I probably won't pick it up unless there is a physical release later on.
I pre-ordered for the first time ever, that is how much I enjoy Kairosoft games. Dungeon Village 2 be making me happy.
I bought Flewfie's Adventure on PC recently and it's the cutest game in existence right now. Apart from that I won't be buying anything else here but I did purchase Dyling Light 2 Ultimate Edition Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA MegaMix and Blue Reflection Second Light on PC so plenty to play before Mario Strikers next week.
Absolutely not standing for what they've done with the physical Wonder Boy collection including two extra games as a bonus. Stuff like art cards, instruction manual — sure, I get it, they're physical bonuses — but to exclude two games from digital downloads (at this stage, not even to be available as DLC, which could improve the situation) is such an odd choice, especially considering the physical release was so limited.
Feels less like a physical bonus and more of an obligation for people to wait for a less convenient collection.
@Silly_G Same here. Looked like a much better package. Monster boy and the cursed kingdom was really good. Highly recommended. And as for card shark preorders for the physical go on presale today at special reserve games.
@HollowSpectre : Thanks for the heads up. I'm losing track of all of these boutique publishers.
Card Shark & Silt pending reviews.
@Silly_G no prob it ain't easy considering there's about 12 or so now...
