Ukrainian developer Frogwares, famous for its work on such titles as Sherlock Holmes: The Devil's Daughter and The Sinking City, has received a 'MegaGrant' from Epic Games.
With headquarters located in the capital city of Kyiv, the studio has stated in a Twitter post that the MegaGrant will be used to help employees locate to safer areas in light of the ongoing Russian invasion, along with supporting those who have already moved to more remote areas of Ukraine or other nations in the EU.
In addition to supporting its staff directly, the MegaGrant will also go toward lessening the financial blow that hit the studio as a result of the war with Russia and help it stay on its feet. We recently spoke to the studio on the recent challenges and how the support from the community helped during such difficult times for the team.
