NIS America has been bringing back some retro classics through its 'Presents' series, with Prinny Presents NIS Classics Volume 3 arriving on 31st August in North America and 2nd September in Europe; it'll include La Pucelle: Ragnarok and Rhapsody: A Musical Adventure in one package, and today the publisher has focused on the former in a new trailer.
It's a game that'll be making its debut in the West with this release, with enhancements and new content to tempt you in. Some details are below:
Discover the world of La Pucelle: Ragnarok as it makes its Western debut. This action-packed RPG is loaded with tons of extra content including new scenarios, new recruits, and a whole gang of DLC characters in addition to a new voice cast, new music, and quick travel!

This series of releases has been an interesting way to experience some classic RPGs; are you planning to pick this volume up later this year?

The pixel art really shines in this one compared to the initial release of NIS Classics vol.1. I'm glad!
YES. I never thought La Pucelle would resurface again.
Buying this day one!
I started playing the PSP Translation the last week, but I will hold till this releases.
Now that classic RPGs are being brought over, can we please somehow get the Luminous Arc trilogy? 🙏🏻
@CactusMan The 10th/13th of this month depending on region.
I wonder if Rhapsody would still have (not)Spawn in it?
This is the one I'm waiting for! I loved Rhapsody and played it tons back in the day. I got La Pucelle Tactics, but didn't play it as much as I intended and it got buried by newer games. I'm pretty sure I still own it in my stack of "will never get rid of even if I can't play them" games.
Wow they released these collections so soon. I hadn't even pick up volume 2 yet and already volume 3 is coming.
NIS Classics definitely seems like a great series of collections, might get this soon!
Prinny Presents Vol 2 with Makai Kingdom & ZHP launching next Tuesday and then this in August. I love all the support NIS is giving the Switch!
The original Rhapsody is so rare now, it will be great to have it more accessible. (Thankfully this seems to be the PS version and not the DS version.) I can't wait to play that and La Pucelle again.
Im so glad they are doing these classic collections and also including the extra content.
La Pucelle is what I was waiting for since vol. 1 was announced, I will definitely pick this one up. Hopefully it won't have crash issues like Soul Nomad. And since Rhapsody is on the cart, I'll give it a try as well.
So I wonder if this is it, or if we can expect a vol. 4 with Disgaea 2 and 3. I doubt they will do any completely unlocalized titles, it's one thing to translate some extra content for Makai Kingdom/La Pucelle but don't think they would put in that much effort.
@Pjira
Was about to comment about Disgaea 2 & 3. I would eat those up in a flash!
Then the Switch would only be missing D2
