Redout 2 is certainly a title on the radar for enthusiasts of futuristic racers like WipEout and F-Zero; for this sequel Saber Interactive is publishing and working with developer 34BigThings.
The new entry will aim to provide a step-up from its predecessor with features like an 'extensive career mode', along with competitive online play; the latter will be limited to six players on Switch, as opposed to 12 on other platforms.
Originally due out on 26th May, it's now had a late delay; it'll now arrive on 16th June, so it's only a short extra wait.
It'll be interesting to see how this racing sequel fares on Nintendo's system; we'll find out in a few weeks.

I wonder how well it will run on Switch?
That's fine I have plenty to play between now and then.
That's fantastic, since it's from Saber Interactive it's a buy for me now.
"Slows down." I nearly choked on my chocolate milk reading that
It's a shame because the graphics look beautiful but the 30fps just kills it for me. I wish it was 60fps. I'd be all over it.
@HolyGeez03 30fps
@Half-ShellHero Buy it on PC. I know that's what I'm going to do and play it at 140FPS assuming it will support that. If not 60FPS is fine.
I’m getting a case of Deja-vroom
30fps is no bother for me. As long as it's consistent.
@RubyCarbuncle Not everyone has a modern PC floating around.
@HalBailman I know that it was just a suggestion if you do. You're complaining about the 30FPS on Switch soo yeah.
@RubyCarbuncle No I wasn't complaining about 30 fps. I said it's no bother as long as it's consistent. I think you confused me with someone else.
@HalBailman Oh my bad I thought you were the other guy.
