The Nintendo Switch recently celebrated its fifth anniversary, and Japanese publication Famitsu used it as an opportunity to put together a "top 35" best-selling game list in the country since the system's launch.

While Mario Kart 8 Deluxe is the best global seller, Animal Crossing: New Horizons has taken out the top spot in Japan. Also placed ahead of Mario Kart, is Super Smash Bros. Ultimate in second place. Some of the Pokémon games also made the top, and further down the list is The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild.
