Maybe we might get Xenoverse 3 shown off at this thing, I hope.
And I do hope to see some new gameplay for Dragon ball the breakers.
Probably a new trailer for the movie as well. Good time to be a DBZ fan!
Super Butoden 5?! More character announcements for Xenoverse 2 and DBZ FighterZ? Vegita’s own video game? DBZ Pinball? DBGT Battle Royale? The possibilities are endless.....
@Magrane DBZ pinball already exists. It might be one of the most obscure things in the franchise, but it does actually exist: https://dragonball.fandom.com/wiki/Dragon_Ball_Z_TV_game
Maybe they will release that old DBZ game on the SNES. It was called DBZ: Super Saiya Densetsu.
I've been hoping for a remastered version of that game forever.
Next gen Kakarot with the last two sagas fixed?
@Gamer_Zeus yes!
Would be delighted with a translation and additional saga's for that game.
Wouldn't mind something Dragon Ball related as well, but most people never heard of Dragon Ball.
@eltomo Not many people know about that hidden gem, such a great game. And yeah I'd like to see the older Dragon Ball games too.
Info on super hero and ssj4 vegeta for dbfz
I want a Legacy of Goku remastered collection on the Switch, and a Super entry
I'm just hoping for more FighterZ characters or a sequel honestly. I don't really feel a need for Xenoverse 3, XV2 already just felt like Xenoverse 1.5 and I don't want to just wind up feeling like I'm playing the same game a third time. I'm fine with them just doing more expansions for it personally. Some news on Breakers would be nice, too.
My dream new game announcement would be Fusions 2, but there's no way that's happening.
I'm like a casual Dragon Ball fan--watched through the Cell Saga of Z Kai back when the censored version was airing on NickTooms, lol. I still really enjoyed it, despite the changes. I don't think they ever finished Kai after that tsunami rocked Japan back in like 2011, did they? I've always been curious to see how the Buu arc plays out. Maybe someday I'll watch it. Buu ooks pretty lame to me in comparison to the other villains, though. Freiza was peak villain design, imo. Beerus is also pretty cool.
I've seen a few episodes of Super and GT and the first episode of the original, but not a lot. Maybe I'll do into them eventually, but it kinda bothers me the they sexualize Bulma in the original series, despite her being considered a minor in many countries, including here in the U.S. (Someone correct me if I'm wrong about her being like 16.)
Anyways, I bought Xenoverse 2 and FighterZ as an impulse buy a couple years ago when they were on sale for like 10 bucks each, but I've hardly touched them at all. They look cool, but there's just too many other games to be playing. I think they new "The Breakers" game looks pretty cool--it sorta does that asymmetric multiplyer thing Nintendo Land captured so well.
Maybe I have no right to say this as such a casual fan, but I do feel like they milk the Dragon Ball games a little too much. Namco is such a talented team of developers, and I would really like to see them focus on other IP. I think they do other anime games, but I don't really watch anime other than Dragon Ball. Some collaborations with Western cartoon studios would be cool, like how THQ handles the Nickelodeon games. Sign a contract with Cartoon Network or something, lol.
Or, just start making the most out of your own IP that you've neglected for eons. Give me a modern, open world take on Dig-Dug or Galaga or, Mappy...an ambitious new Pac-Man paltformer, your FLAGSHIP CHARACTER! These are iconic titles, but I think you've done all there is to do with them in the 8-bit realm.
@Not_Soos They did eventually do the Buu Saga for Kai. It is not consistent with the rest of Kai however. The quality isn't the same and they didn't really condense the original DBZ episodes much.
a Dragon Ball Budokai collection would be a very welcome surprise
