This was the final fighter I needed that actually made the reveals feel big to me. I was excited to encounter new fighters and new IP, but seeing something so improbable happen was truly memorable.
He's taking a while for me to get the hang of, he's very slow and floaty and his special cycling is a little hard to strategize with, but I'm sure I'll get more into him once I learn a few combos and I'm just happy Nintendo pulled off getting him in the game at all, even though I've never played a KH, I know how iconic it is.
Sora's air combos are really tempting me to add him to my Mains. I played through Classic Mode just to obtain his Spirit, but he ended up feeling very smooth... Then I injured my thumb moving furniture. Now, I can't play anything 😭
Now I have all 1512 spirits.
Yes, the Monster Hunter Stories 2: Wings of Ruin spirit is now also available for everyone.
Never played Kingdom Hearts, but I bought both Fighters Passes at launch because we knew it was going to be all new fighters with new stages, music, and spirits. Much better than the Wii U version where you had to buy old fighters (Mewtwo, Roy, Lucas) for a full roster.
Sora is a decent fighter so far. Plays like a very classic one that's in line with Banjo, Terry, Byleth, and Pyra/Mythra. With that I mean he's easier to learn than a gimmicky/weird one like Hero, Min Min, or Steve.
The stage is clean, but I had high hopes for his music.
After Kazuya coming with 1 ½ hours of Tekken music, these 14 minutes of Kingdom Hearts music feel somewhat lacking.
Finally, I might actually start playing it now that they've completed the game now.
