Dada Zarude and Shiny Celebi

The Pokémon Company has begun its distribution of special codes for Dada Zarude and Shiny Celebi, both of which are redeemable in Pokémon Sword and Shield.

Fans who were signed up to The Pokémon Trainer Club newsletter by 25th September this year are eligible to receive both codes, and should now see an email in their inboxes (if you can't see yours, make sure to check your junk folder or keep an eye out over the next few days). The distribution is being held in celebration of the worldwide release of Pokémon the Movie: Secrets of the Jungle, which is now available to stream on Netflix.

If you were all signed up and have the codes ready and waiting, you can redeem them by booting up your copy of Sword or Shield and heading to the Mystery Gift option in the 'X' menu. Here's what you'll receive:

Dada Zarude

  • Level: 70
  • Ability: Leef Guard
  • Held Item: Choice Scarf
  • Moves: Jungle Healing, Hammer Arm, Power Whip, Energy Ball

Shiny Celebi

  • Level: 60
  • Ability: Natural Cure
  • Held Item: Lucky Egg
  • Moves: Magical Leaf, Future Sight, Life Dew, Heal Bell
