A new physical release including four games from the Asdivine series is headed to Switch thanks to Limited Run Games, and pre-orders are going live today.
Aptly named Asdivine Collection, the release includes Asdivine Hearts, Asdivine Hearts II, Asdivine Dios and Asdivine Menace. The best news is that all four of these RPGs will be on the cartridge, meaning that you won't have to download half of the pack's content onto your SD card like with some other physical collections.
If you want to grab a copy, make sure to head on over to Limited Run's website at 7am PT / 10am ET / 4pm CEST today. It'll cost you $49.99, and pre-orders will remain open until Sunday 11th November.
Will you be treating yourself to this new physical release? Let us know in the usual place.

I know someone out there will want this, but I still want to ask: who would want this?
At this point I can only think Kemco are paying Nintendo Life for coverage, despite the consistent expression of disinterest in the comments.
Their games don't particularly interest me anyway, I haven't heard great things about them.
And whilst I do celebrate physical preservation and complete packages, these are budget games going for a pretty high price.
I think part of the problem, is that it's clickbait. The "Too Many Games. One Developer." And I'm not helping by commenting at all. But it's what I just did.
Why not ? This is not a sale article so it's obviously news worthy. Asdivine games are also I believe the best games they actually made, so maybe this won't be a bad pick once the price drops to like 20 dollars.
I saw someone recommending these RPGs in the monthly eshop highlights comments section, so I took a look at them.
They look kinda nice, but they all look very similar to each other, and there's so many of these Kemco RPGs being churned out you can't help but question how much quality and care goes into each individual story.
If this had a UK retail release then I'd probably snag it, but LRG...
@SigmaNoire
This isn't a standard retail release, where stock will languish on a retailer's site for many months.
This is a limited time pre-order window, the only time to order new copies will be now, and used copies will go for high prices in the future due to the limited print.
@SigmaNoire Actually since it's Limited Run Games, it'll cost you more like $120 unless you pre-order during the time frame, lol
@RupeeClock - They're pretty basic SNES type fair. Without nostalgia it just isn't exciting for most.
However, I have enjoyed the Omnibus import of them, simple but very hit-and-miss.
What an odd choice. I can't imagine there was much (if any) fan demand for this.
Now you're playing with mediocrity!
Seeing the comments here, it's a wonder a third party developer still tries to release a game on a Nintendo console.
Really guys, nobody is forcing you to buy this collection. Nobody.
Assdivine games look like something out of RPG Maker.
A younger me would have loved this, but nowadays dont have the patience for turn based rpgs
Upon further thinking of the subject. I realized something.
Kemco was once a "B-class" publisher, publishing a lot of things similar to this. Apparently these RPGs have actually kept them afloat for some time.
Maybe Asdivine series is the attempt to encourage more to become their flagship series.
@Bl4ckb100d There are actually interesting games made with RPG Maker though
Kemco are definitely a case of quantity over quality, releasing a slew of copy/paste asset flips for a low price.
So I'm understandably baffled why Limited Run gave them a publishing deal.
Four RPGs, one cart. Two girls, one... women. And one man.
@Meteoroid
Let me put it this way.
People here repeatedly express that they don't want to be informed of Kemco products and sales, and such articles often have few comments outside of this subject.
This article is promoting one of LRG's routine Tuesday distribution releases, which often don't get articles here at all.
Edit: Further, there have been multiple articles promoting Kemco sales in the past year, in October 2020 December 2020, March, April, May, June, July, August, and September.
That box art really sucks.
@SigmaNoire It's Limited Run Games; the price will "drop" to $130 on eBay after it's sold out
I honestly thought about getting this just now, but after watching the trailers I see that they are all harem parties. Pass.
Never been particularly attracted to any of Kemcos RPGs and this doesn't do much to swing things. I'm sure they're competent enough games but they all seem a bit generic on the surface. The only game of theirs I've got is Yodanji which I've really enjoyed. Nice little dungeon crawler, a little harsh on the difficulty but a great way to kill an hour or so.
Whenever I think of getting one of the Kemco games in a sale I tell myself that I probably won't have enough time in this life to play all the good stuff, the Atlus releases, the Final Fantasys, the Dragon Quests... Why waste time and money to play the stuff that - at best- competently mimics the classics... when there is such an overabundance of the real stuff?
@Meteoroid
What did you think I was implying when I said these appear to be paid/sponsored articles?
I and everyone here is entitled to provide feedback to the site.
Nintendo Life also only selectively promote some physical releases, a lot of physical releases, including Tuesday distribution releases on Limited Run Games, never get a mention.
Nintendo Life are free to write whatever articles they want yes, and we're free to express disinterest in any given article.
I am not oblivious to the fact that some articles will drive clicks that drive revenue though, and how well an article is viewed and how many comments an article has may not correlate.
"I don't like this therefore I don't understand how anybody else could??"
Seriously, the comment section of this website really reveals the lack of worldliness a lot of you have.
The article title picture should probably be changed, that picture is from Asdivine Cross which isn't included in this collection (unfortunately).
Having played two of Kemco's RPGs on Switch, I can tell you that they're fun and very similar to SNES RPGs, which is a good thing according to most RPG fans. It seems to me that lots of people post negative comments about the recent Kemco RPG series without playing any of them. If you like SNES RPGs, you'll probably like some of these games.
Kemco is like a generic RPG production factory. They need to stop releasing 3-5 games a year and take the time to make 1 higher quality game. Then and only then am I paying for a physical.
They should just make a collection of all the Kemco RPGs.
In my day Kemco had made one 2D RPG. The Light of Indra. And they never localized it, though they did recycle its music for the western versions of their Superman NES game.
