"Fast-paced physics-based cat tussling fun" — is that the pitch for upcoming game Fisti-Fluffs, or is that what happens when we try to give our darling Mittens a bath? The answer is both, but this article is about the former.
Fisti-Fluffs is, as you can hopefully tell by the title, a multiplayer competitive fighting game that's all about cats. Supurrrr Smash Bros., if you will. Meowtal Komcat. Streetcat Fighter. That's enough of that.
The roster is made up of cats based on real-life breeds, plus a bunch of hats, outfits, and styles, and there are six destructible stages and five playable game modes: Tussle, Crown Control, Destruction, Party, and Kibble Defense.

The four-player claw-em-up will be releasing on the Nintendo Switch this month, on September 23rd. It will cost $19.99 on the Nintendo Switch eShop.

Gotta be honest, I totally forgot this existed, those claws were as fast as lightning
I can't remember where they showed this off but I definitely remember it looking pretty fun. Man, theres a ton of great stuff coming out.
@Qphlat27 I think it was during the indie direct of December 2020
Cool. Not $20 cool, but cool.
I was pretty interested until I saw that $20 price tag. They charge $3.99 for this on Google Play. $10 seems like a more reasonable initial price.
About time! Been waiting for news on this game for like a year!
Can't wait.
Let's hope this game is the cat's whiskers. It looks like a lot of fun
I’m not really feline it…
Say it in Shulk’s voice and it’s even better/worse.
This looks 1,000,000x better than Smash.
At this point, our choices are "rip-offs" or this. All of the good ideas seem to have been done.
"Meowtal Komcat" is the best thing I've read all week.
Sorry, but this looks like a $0.99 mobile game to me, definately not 19.99
