Metroid's Ridley amiibo Is Also Getting A Reprint This October

Hmmm that's an interesting amiibo to do reprint. That was one of the easiest to get among the Smash Bros. Ultimate waves but sometime before the Snake wave suddenly vanished.

I know this one is most likely because of Metroid Dread, but I really hope they do restocks of Smash Daisy, Ken, Pokemon Trainer and, especially, Simon Belmont.
I have the Richter amiibo, but I want the original Vampire Killer next to Mario, Dr. Mario and my other third-party amiibo.

I think this is a good a place as any to ask this but, is Ridley worth my time? like should I try to play him? I'm maining Daisy at the moment but is Ridley worth going to After?

I wonder what the samus and emmi amiibo will do in dread

they better also do a reprint of the metroid dread amiibo as well because of the greedy no life scalpers taken all the stock wen it was announced.

@Snatcher He’s average. His damage is awesome sometimes, however, his hitbox is huge but he weighs less than samus.

Samus Returns amiibo reprint please

I'm thinking that all of the amiibo related to the Metroid Series going back to the two pack from Samus Returns will have some functionality within Metroid Dread. I don't think this is a coincidence that these re-releases are occurring.

I just bought a Ridley amiibo off ebay for $40 because it was the best price I had found in a while, and the only Metroid series amiibo I was missing from my collection.

If only I had waited the extra week.

Alas.

I hope all the current Metroid amiibo do something in dread. My Samus Returns squishy Metroid gave me Metroid themed armour in Federation Force, which was pretty cool considering the amiibo was released well after the game.

He's in pretty much every mainline Metroid game.

@RushDawg Yes, I'd like to see him turn up again. I don't really care how many times he's been cloned, mechanized or resurrected. It would be cool to bump into him again after all these years.

Honestly, I really want a reprint of the Metroid/Samus 2pack from the Samus Returns release. I wanted them so badly but could never find them for a reasonable price

The Squishy Metroid amiibo is really cool because it unlocks a hard mode in Samus Returns and a Skin in Federation Force, but after that you can store a single screw or a micro SD card in the little vial. It's great for keeping hold of tiny things you know you'll lose. I have used it to store tiny things much more than any other functionality 😂 it is probably the most useful amiibo ever!

I get a feeling all the Metroid amiibo will be reprinted, like what happened with the Zelda ones. Would make sense as it's like printing money for Nintendo with these kinds of amiibo

That's cool and all but doesn't make too much sense to me if the game doesn't even support this amiibo.

But more people being able to purchase it is a good thing!

This is pretty neat but why not print the much rarer samus metroid 2 pack if your reprinting metroid amiibos for dread.

Once again, I'm glad I got this one for retail price. I just got Daisy and Inkling on Amazon and eBay, myself.

@Snatcher He's fun to play because he is fast with really strong smash attacks. He also has some air combos that are pretty easy but he is light and big. His recovery routes are not very good either because his up b only has a few directions it travels. His nair is really good though.

K I think I will try to main him then.

Speaking of amiibo, by the time the Splatoon 3 amiibo set is released, it will be sold in a heartbeat!
