Unlock Some New Smash Bros. Spirits With Persona 5 Strikers And Ghosts 'n Goblins Save Data

This reminds me of that one time the only was to unlock rosalina in mkwii was to buy SMG

I haven't gotten Persona 5 Strikers on Switch but if I do I'll definitely try this out

Honestly a big missed opportunity of the Persona spirit board was that it was pretty much 100% Persona 5-centric with the exception of Igor

@1ofUs It wasn’t the only way but you had to beat multiple time trials in order to get it.

Don't you also get extra music for P5S if you got SSBU data on the Switch?

I’ll probably get Strikers anyway since I like Musou games, but I have zero interest in Ghosts n’ Goblins Resurrection.

@JoakimZ understand. But I genuinely intended to buy both of them. I really into P5S and G&G was part of my childhood, I'm curious (but at least in a half price). I'm wandering if when I bought them I'll get the spirits automatically (it could take some time, specially G&G)

I think I will dig in at some point.

P5Strikers is brilliant, loving it in switch

Playing the PC version, so I'll be missing out. Glad they're adding it later for everyone else

Also I'm confused. Do you unlock music in Smash if you have Persona 5 Strikers save data? Or do you unlock music in Persona 5 Strikers if you have Smash save data?

I do wish to have 100% spirits. This is a very good way to promote lesser known games. However, I already own maybe 300 switch games I never touched. I am not in a rush to add to that list.

@Yosher You unlock music in P5S if you have Smash with the Joker dlc. It adds the Smash version of Beneath the Mask iirc.

[EDIT] After doing some more research it seems I must've just remembered wrong and you don't get Beneath the Mask as a bonus song

@SpiderSquid If you have save data of Smash Ultimate, you unlock Take Over and Last Surprise as music tracks in Strikers

@OwenGamer22 After doing some research, it seems I was mistaken. I thought I heard something back in the day about Beneath the Mask being available if you had Smash data but I guess I just remembered wrong
