Last month, it was discovered The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild Champion amiibo would be getting reprints. Now, we obviously know it all ties in with Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity - a spin-off set 100 years before the original title.
The champion line will relaunch alongside Koei Tecmo's latest Musou-style release on 20th November. Here's the reminder:
This line includes: Urbosa (Gerudo champion), Daruk (Goron champion), Mipha (Zora champion) and Revali (Rito champion).
And yes - these amiibo are likely to be compatible with Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity. Although Nintendo hasn't officially confirmed it, at the bottom of the Age of Calamity game page, there are references to amiibo functionality.
Will you be adding any of these amiibo to your collection? Leave a comment down below.

I'll wait and see what they do in game, but I'm doubting that it will be anything worth the price.
The original game just had the Spinner for Link, which was cool but one of the worst weapons. Hopefully the sequel does more
Just hearing about Age of Calamity makes me excited. Now I want these amiibo more than ever. I don't collect a lot of amiibo, but I liked these a lot.

Me: THE RESTOCK OF TIME
Is this individual only or will they have a 4 pack. I really haven’t been buying any since they went up to $15.99 each. $12.99 was hard enough to stomach, but they are neat on my shelf and my two year old loves to play with them.
@Claytonbob yeah its getting crazy here as well 21.99 in canada
I wish they would restock the other BOTW amiibo as well. Never picked up Zelda or the Guardian and it would be nice to complete the set.
I was getting a little ridiculous in my amiibo hunt and friends were wondering why I had a table full of toys. I sold every last one of them and for a fraction of the price, bought the entire amiibo collection on pvc cards. I know they aren’t as cool or official, but I really only wanted the in-game functionality.
Tend to get on amiibo for certain characters as I worry about it getting out of hand. I won't be getting these ones tbf but they are cool, certainly.
Got these when they first came out, so I'm happy that others will get the chance to have them.
Have never used them in game, just love the look of them.
@ianl579 They are available from the UK store
@Claytonbob I think it's only as a 4 pack, not individually.
Amiibo support confirmed then.
Ï hope the game supports all Amiibo's like the previous one.
I actually want these amiibo but could never convince myself they were worth getting. My interest in amiibo was waning at the time. Not sure I will get Age of Calamity as I haven't completed all the content in the original Hyrule warriors, still chipping away at it on my Wii U. It needs to have more involved gameplay, better missions within the maps and more interaction to get my attention. Essentially it needs to Not be a full on Warriors game and more a LoZ game.
@Claytonbob Available on Best Buy in the US. $15.99 each, no 4-pack.

Just preorder mine from Best Buy.
@chardir Thanks. Live in the US but I might check that out.
The only Amiibo I have is wolf link because it looks awesome and came with Twilight Princess HD fanboy edition. I don't care much for a collection and prices are way too high if you only want them for the tiny bonuses (greedy Nintendo). I gave them the finger and bought myself an N2 elite a few years back to get all the armour sets in BotW.
I don't really collect amiibo but now I have a games room I fancy some decorations so ordered the Champion pack, Link and Zelda BOTW and Links Awakening Link and Ocarina Link, not a bad little start
@Kimyonaakuma
All but the Breath of the Wild amiibo set were extremely useful in Hyrule Warriors - you could get 5 amiibo awards per day - special unlocks from Hyrule Warriors-specifically-designated amiibo, and rupee/treasure awards from anything else.
Yes, the Spinner was originally locked behind the Smash Bros./Twilight Princess Link amiibo, but that was only in the Wii U version (the n3DS and Switch versions had it hidden on the adventure maps like the rest of the weapons).
Like the falling chests/Epona/Wolf Link in Breath of the Wild, these are really useful rewards, especially when you're starting out. But later on, once you unlock the higher tier weapons, they're even more useful, since they're reliably always giving you the highest tier of the weapon you have unlocked for that character.
The challenge with amiibo is that some people are upset if you make theme mandatory, while others are upset if you make them pointless. The trick is navigating the fine line of very helpful but optional.
As for me, I'm happy they're reprinting these, even though I already have them. Good for other people!
Always wished they had updated Hyrule Warriors (at least the Switch version) to be compatible with the Breath of the Wild amiibo line - Daruk should give you Darunia's Hammers, Mipha should give you Ruto's Zora Scales, Revali should give you Medli's Earth Harps, and Urbosa should give you Impa's Giant Blades and Naginatas. Even Link & Zelda from Hyrule Warriors aren't compatible - Rider Link should give you Link's Horses, naturally, while Archer Link should give you any other Link weapon, and Zelda should give you Zelda weapons…
Now bad news: not all Amiibos will be restocked for older Amiibos so that is left to eBay sellers or Scalpers to sell nowdays. Unless they remake the complete Amiibo lineup again.
Smh Wolf link amiibo aint special now man..
