Since a certain Rocket League updated rolled out last week, players on the Nintendo Switch have noted the disappearance of split-screen multiplayer.

It's got a lot worried over on social media - with many wondering if it'll even return to the Switch version. There's no need to panic though, as it appears to be an issue on Psyonix's end. Here's an update on the situation, courtesy of the official Rocket League support page. This has also been more recently confirmed by the Rocket League Help Twitter account.

How do I Play Rocket League in Split-Screen on Nintendo Switch?

Split-screen mode is currently unavailable for Nintendo Switch. We are working on resolving this issue.

So there you go - it's returning at some stage. It's not the only "issue" Psyonix is dealing with right now, either. Since the game's free-to-play launch and arrival on the Epic Store earlier this week, there have been ongoing server issues.

On a more positive note, the game has already passed one million concurrent players as a free-to-play title. Have you returned to Rocket League since the free update? Leave a comment down below.
