Zombie Army Trilogy is set to blast its way onto Nintendo Switch at the end of this month, and developer Rebellion has launched a new trailer to show off seven reasons it thinks you should go ahead and pick it up.
The trilogy comes packed with everything previously released on other consoles including three story campaigns and a Horde Mode, all of which can be played in single-player or in drop-in, drop-out co-op for up to four players. We have an official blurb and feature list for you below:
Travel to 1945 and slay on-the-go as you face off against the massive hordes that comprise Hitler’s Nazi zombie army. Use sniper rifles, machine guns, and shotguns to rip through the waves of undead, and take on the demon dictator himself in an incredible final battle!
On Nintendo Switch, Zombie Army Trilogy offers brand new features:
• Local wireless co-op
• Motion controls
• Pro Controller and HD Rumble support
• Supports new friend invite system
The game launches on 31st March and, if the video's convinced you, you can already go ahead and pre-order it from Amazon in the UK and US.

I am PreOrdering it..
I only needed 2 reasons.
1. Local wireless play
2. Motion controls
I'll be picking up 2 copies each day one of this and Saints row 4. Some local co-op fun for the Spring😊👍
Normally I love Sniper Elite but I really don't care for this Zombie Army series nearly as much. Problem is how it feels like it's designed entirely around the coop, trying to play it in single player just feels off. That and it's more about taking out huge groups of enemies coming at you as opposed to anything stealth related.
The gameplay and gun mechanics is very good in this game.
@SwitchForce I preordered mines about a week ago. I think the co-op aspect sold me on it.
60fps is the only reason that matters
@JayJ 😂 That's exactly what sold me on it though. The regular games are about stealth. This game is about Zombie horde survival. Co-op is the best experience for that kind of setting.
I like that. Have been waitin' for 3dps with silly premise.
But in the next months I will probably be soaked to deep on the Pacific front under New Horizon banner.
Sorry folks, too much Dan Carlin's podcasts and Animal Crossing stuff lately.
Zombie nazis..... my weakness. I will have to get this.
Paid for post?
Will this have online multiplayer as well?
@Bizzyb Oh yeah if you are into that kinda thing you should love it! To each their own, I just gave my two cents as a Sniper Elite fan.
Too bad it's not the new one, but I'd rather replay the old with gyro and without a tv or pc, than get a pc or be stuck on the tv for the new game. So I guess I'll bite, not day one though, I played it already and am in no hurry. Absolutely loved it on PS4 though, and I don't even like gaming on my PS4 that much.
This would be great to play with my 2 sons via wireless co-op ... but then I've got to buy 3 copies to make that work. $90 may be a bit much to pull that off right now, and I'd like to see some streams or taped gameplay of the wireless co-op in action first.
Man if this was just a FPS
Will pick this up, even to just play solo. Looks like a lovely challenge.
I hope it's super smooth to play as the graphical quality looks terrible.
Will this have online co-op as well?
