There are two games on the Nintendo Switch that Ubisoft went above and beyond with – the system exclusive Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle and Starlink: Battle for Atlas featuring special Star Fox content.
If you never got around to playing either of these games and you happen to live in America, you now have the opportunity to get a family pack release containing both of the standard versions of these titles. The offer, though, appears to be Walmart only, as shown on the front of the box art (thanks, @JPSWITCHMANIA):
According to the same source, the price of this Walmart family bundle is $29.99. So, if you're still yet to add these games to your collection, now might be the time.
Will you be running out to grab this two-pack? Do you already own one – or both – of these games? Tell us down in the comments.

@JaxonH this is exactly what i saw.. At closer look. Starlink does have a download code
Unless both are cheaper elsewhere, that seems like a deal too hard to pass on
Two great games and some of Ubisoft's more unique and interesting games in a while.
Man the constant nagging because of my adblocker you guys implemented lol
@TechaNinja bruh
But... how exactly are you supposed to play Starlink without any of the addon toys?
@DFaceG_Rebooted You can buy everything digitally. It's actually more convenient to switch out ship parts that way.
Im getting this
What a rubbish "deal". And Starlink still isn't on the cart.
If they had released Starlink as a complete cart, identical to the Digital Deluxe Edition, I might have been inclined to bite, even at a premium price, but this is even worse value than the original boxed product which is readily available on the cheap with the addition of toys.
@Spoony_Tech
Yes, going digital for the DLC is the way to go for Starlink. Full ownership at all times without having to swap out anything when you play.
At this price you could buy the game and most of the DLC for the price of a normal game and still get Mario Rabbids tossed in for free
@NintendoByNature
Ah. Ya it seems two separate games bundled together. Had they truly put two games on one cart I would’ve been quite surprised. I don’t think we’ve seen that since the gamecube era. The Metroid Prime Windwaker dual disc sells for quite a lot now
Starlink, in its cart from, doesn't need the toys at all. There are digital versions of the Arwing and Starter ship on the cart along with the 2 pilots so you don't need any physical toys or additional digital content. I tested this when I first got it. The only thing required is the rest of the game which is a patch that auto downloads when you first play. If you play without the patch, you can't leave the first planet. Ubisoft cheaped out with an 8gb cart instead of the 16gb cart and forced the player to download the other half of the game.
@JaxonH : There have been a few releases with multiple games on a single cartridge (with the cartridge spawning separate icons for each piece of software).
Ubisoft has actually done this themselves with Hasbro Game Night, the Child of Light + Valiant Hearts double pack, and the Wheel of Fortune + Jeopardy double pack.
I would also assume that the upcoming Overcooked double pack includes both games on one cartridge (annoyingly without the DLC for Overcooked 2), and I also assume that the upcoming Syberia triple pack will include all three games on one cartridge.
There are other examples, I'm sure, but these immediately spring to mind, and I'm sure that it will become more common in time.
Starlink with the building of your own ship sounds cool. Is there a size limit? I wonder if you make the pieces like super huge and have all this cardboard, the size of my house, sitting on my controller. Rawr! Pew pew pew! Hehe
Im curious how expensive it is.
Here jou can get starlink for 10€ the starter pack
@DenDen 30 dollars for the pack.
A steal for these games in my opinion
Starlink isn't worth half the price, but Rabbids Mario is worth double the price so yes, still a good deal
Got both and would happily recommend to anyone, especially at this price.
@DFaceG_Rebooted @Spoony_Tech @JaxonH @TreonsRealm Actually, 2 ships are still physical only, Scrambler and Cerberus. I think the rest of the first wave ships, pilots and weapons can be bough for like 30 and then the new wave of things for about 40.
@TechaNinja I just block the naggings as well = ]
That's really tempting...
I bought Starlink digital for extremely cheap during one of the sales. I enjoyed it but never finished it as the gameplay loop just didn't keep my interest. However, I would be tempted to get this if it is easy to gift Starlink to someone else.
I enjoyed Starlink. I haven't finished yet it because of my S.S.B. Ultimate addiction but I was sad to hear that it sold poorly.
Hopefully, this bundle will give the game a little boost.
@Silly_G Hopefully it would be two games physical as the package does seem to be double-width. Why would they do that if it's not two Switch cases, with games inside, bundled together. Seems a waste to make a second case with just the code.
Though it's a tough call if I'd get it, as I picked up Mario+Rabbids when GameStop knocked the priced down to something like $20 last year, I think, on a clearance sale.
@KingMike : I'm fairly certain that it's just the base versions of both games repackaged (probably excess stock that Ubi are keen to get rid of). There's no point in producing thicker packaging if Starlink was merely supplied as a code in a case.
Annoyingly, they hadn't included the gold edition of Mario + Rabbids even though the DLC was just a code in a case.
Starlink absolutely bombed for Ubisoft, you can buy the starter pack for less than a tenner from Argos.
