The now world-famous goose from Untitled Goose Game has been the star of multiple fan-made crossovers and the subject of a joke soundtrack featuring rebellious gangster hits, as well as the lead in an incredibly successful indie game, of course. It's only fitting, then, that it also gets treated to an official music video.
The video below isn't actually an official release for the game, but it absolutely should be. Kevin (aka K10 Music) has released a new song and video all about our favourite pesky honk bird, capturing the game's spirit wonderfully in a cool little pop-punk track which we can't get out of our heads. "I have a really good excuse: I am a goose!".
Give it a listen:
You can actually go ahead and save the track on Spotify as we speak - we'd be quick, though, just in case the goose comes along and steals the link before you get a chance to click it.
Nice work, Kevin! We can't stop listening to it.

A shame that it wasn't a plough (plow) he threw in the lake in the vid.
Obviously K10 Music aren't that green fingered.
@Shiryu that's brill
This game deserves all the media it gets. The more that know about it the better imo.
Dont get me wrong but I think this game is hella overrated. Its 20 dollars, can be beat in 2 to 5 hours, was over hiped, had more than 30 people working on it, and is overall not as good as people say it is. Games like a Hat in Time, Castle Crashers, Celeste, Ori, Undertale and Hollow Knight get unnoticed because of this game. Castle Crashers, Undertale, Celeste and Hollow Knight are cheaper, better, longer to beat, have more value, passion and had less than 10 people work on them. This game is just overrated because people like stupid memes
It should have just been footage of loud geese irl just honking a lot
@Coochie_Kong I liked the game since I played it on launch date.
There were no memes of the game before I played it (only memes of every real goose out there being mad). I frankly think it was worth the 20 bucks.
I'm not sure what it means for me as a player, that more or less people worked in a game? It doesn't mean the game sucks. While you mentioned some great games, and I like several of them a lot, I never cared about how many people worked on it. Only about how I felt when playing the game.
And this game made me feel entertained when playing, even if it doesn't last that much. So that's all it has to me.
@Olmectron I hear what your saying. I think i care about how many people worked on the game because the people who made the game make their living off of that. I find it impressive how amazing and filled with detail Hollow Knight and Castle Crashers are as they had less than 10 people working on it. Those games have so much attention to detail and are very long games. Goose game got a lot of money on Kickstarter, had 40 people work on it, and is 20 dollars all to be a 5 hour product. I just think other indie games had more of an effort put into them. Again it's good house house is getting success I just dont think this game is as good as people think it is and it really shouldn't be as popular as it is
@Coochie_Kong While I felt Untitled Goose Game was too short, I disagree that it was overhyped. I had little interest in the game until I saw a gameplay video on YouTube, and I found it utterly charming. I haven't had that much fun playing an indie game in a long time. To me, most of those faux-retro indie games are a dime a dozen, treading on nostalgia to offer an experience you've already played a dozen times over. I've never played a game like UGG.
@Maulbert Castle Crashers and Hollow Knight arent nostalgic trips tho..
@Coochie_Kong ...Undertale and Hollow Knight went unnoticed because of UGG? What?
"It's a 2-5 hour game."
Without spoiling anything, there are still 1 or 2 replays after that solo. That's not counting if you have friends that run through it (I've had 2 run through it completely while we watched and laughed and commented).
Replay Value! Sheesh! As another example, Star Fox 64 wouldn't have commanded the money it did if it didn't have replay value also baked in. Note: I bought this at $15 USD, can't speak for $20 USD.
Great song. The Horrible Goose is quite the star now. Thanks for sharing.
@X68000 someone left a comment saying the same thing almost lol! Was that you??
Thank you so much NintendoLife for sharing my song!!! Y’all rock!!!
So Happy for you Kevin!! Very cool NL highlighted you, dude!
@SmashJT SMASH!!!! jay teeee love ya brotha!
@Coochie_Kong well let's see, a 5 hour game for 20 dollars. Considering i know I've paid $60 for full AAA games that are 15 or so hours long, I see no issue with this game's price for how long of an experience it is.
@duffmmann fair point but compared to Hollow Knight and Castle Crashers that are cheaper, had less of a budget and way less people working on them those games are just way worth it. They are such quality games that can be played for such a long time. It only becomes more evident that triple a studios cant make good games and indie games are rather low quality or high. Untitled Goose game is just poorly made and not worth its price as its incredibly simple and short. Should've been 5 dollars
@SmileMan64 I'm so glad you enjoyed my song! YOU ROCK!!!!
