Nintendo has set up a new Twitter account to provide support information about its products and services to Japanese followers.
This one is a bit different to its existing accounts, and far less social, as it won't reply to any comments, questions or direct messages from followers. It's simply there to notify users about any technical changes and network issues.
Users in need of proper support will still have to visit the official Nintendo website for any inquiries. Click here to take a look. Before making an inquiry, it's advised you look through the frequently asked questions section.

So it's pretty much useless as people have always gotten this information from Nintendo with out Twitter.
Why did they just name it "stability"... I guess this account has to be the most stable account out there.
@BacklogBlues basically. I just call Nintendo if I need help. Typically don't have to wait long.
It's Twitter. We shouldn't be using it to begin with. Yuck!
It's your life, but you wont see me there.

A Nintendo support Twitter?
Nintendo's current Twitter accounts aren't that much social either. Nintendo Canada and Nintendo America do not respond to comments or inquiries. There's not even a corporate talking points response to questions. I don't think anybody at Nintendo actually reads those comments, they simply use their social media feeds to just post advertisements and that's about it.
Is that how you manipulate people? Can't I ever work?
