Marvelous Europe has confirmed that Senran Kagura: Peach Ball will be launching in Europe and Australia on 9th July, joining the release already penned in for North America.
With pricing now also confirmed to be £35.99 / €39.99 / $60.00 (AUS), the game sees Asuka, Yumi, Murasaki, Ryona, and Yomi all being turned into animals as a result of Haruka's suspicious acts of mischief. This time around, you'll be using a pinball machine and the "mysterious" Peach Ball to get things back to normal.
This is a Senran Kagura game, though, so it's not your usual game of pinball. As you can likely tell from the trailer and the screenshots, there's something of a focus on the girls themselves as opposed to the pinball gameplay. The western version of the game will be presented in Japanese with English and French text localisation, and comes with the Intimacy and Diorama Modes, Story, and Free Play mode from the Japanese game.
You'll also find the Accessories Galore Set included, which adds an additional thirty accessory items to the game and further expands the available customisation.
Will you be picking this one up next month? Tell us below.

Allready have the Japanese limited edition, and have the American retail release preordered
....I probably would've gotten it, but I don't care for any of the girls here. Just give us a main game already! Why does Sony get a remake for Burst? The original game was on the freakin' 3DS! >.<
Certainly is peppy and colorful.
This is a fun game, just not €40 fun
I remember when they came with Bon Appetit years ago on Vita and that was a fun game too but just €15 (there is nowdays a PC version of that too)
This should be more like €25 maybe €30 but not €40.
I really wish we got a true SK game on the Switch, Vita got 2 major releases and a spin- off and even the 3DS got 2 major games (Burst Renewal is only story wise connected to the original one) so why the heck won't they release at least a port of the older games on the Switch?
Ah well maybe Se7en will come to the Switch, at least I hope it will.
@Joeynator3000 PC got it too

@Lumine Marina is perfect for this comment!
Big Senran fan but 40 bucks seems a little much for what looks like a pretty mediocre pinball game. I'd rather they just make a new mainline game already
Physical preorder already in and should be here soon!
C'mon, I'd love to support an actual Senran Kagura game on Switch, but not this pinball weirdness. Not for $40.
@Rayquaza2510 RE: Bon Appetit, the initial $15 purchase only got you half the game. You had to pay another $15 for the other half of the content. I doubt the European release was any different in that regard.
@Joeynator3000 so Sony doesn't deserve the remake because the original was on DS?
ok then lets try something
"why does Nintendo get the Remaster of FFVIII, the original game was on the freaking PS1 >.<"
see how dumb that sounds
Sony doesn't deserve the remake because of all the crap censoring they're doing lately. The SK devs complained that it has been really difficult to make games because of all the changes they have to do to their games.
@Joeynator3000 Sony censored underage girls in overly sexual situations
what's wrong with that?
if the director is unhappy he can't make a 14 year old look nude in the bath then that's on him
@FullbringIchigo there shouldn't be any censorship, the rating boards are in charge of segmenting a game to a different audience based on it's content. Anyone should be allowed to enjoy the content that he or she prefers without blocking it.
@JamesJose7 and i agree with that but come there would be no issue if he just made the girls 18+ but the fact they are 16 and under is what caused the issue, sexualaization of underage girls is NEVER a good thing and THAT should be censored
@FullbringIchigo
If they were 18 they wouldn't be in high school but college age in Japan.
@GameOtaku so instead of a Ninja School it's a Ninja College, that still works
the point is people are moaning because Sony censored sexualization underage girls
that's UNDERAGE, i can't believe people are complaining because they CAN'T virtually fondle a 15 year old
@FullbringIchigo
Well it is a game, it is fantasy, an escape from reality! If you wanted all things to be politically correct can you imagine how boring things would be. They removed the ages for the western releases so for all intents and purposes they are of age, they just look younger than they actually are! Heck even I don't look as old as my age!
@GameOtaku that is true i suppose BUT you also have to remember that depending on where your European head office is you have to abide by different laws, that's why for example DMC5 is uncensored everywhere apart from on PS4 in Europe
that's not just Sony that's EU regulations too (in case your wondering as XBOX's head office is actually in America they don't have to censor it)
@FullbringIchigo
I'm American, we don't have that problem.
@FullbringIchigo that's not true, being underage is not the reason why they were censored. Sony has been censoring sexual content even if they weren't underage. Also, just because it seems weird to you doesn't excuse the fact that people enjoy that. Lolis are a powerhouse in Japan and it's seen everyday. There's something for everyone.
@JamesJose7 Sony introduced a new policy across ALL their entertainment mediums, yes it affects a few games and ONLY a few mind you (Catherine Full Body for example has NO censorship) because it was a blanket policy for the film branch of Sony but it covered every section of Sony Entertainment including Sony Computer Interactive
people forget that unlike MS or Nintendo, Sony ISN'T just computer games it has music, TV and films that it also makes so something like this covers ALL that
and besides they seem to have let up a bit since they first implemented it
but i still stand by that censoring underage girls isn't an issue for me, i don't get how people are angry that they can't make her skin look glossy or bounce her boobs about
OH and also even now in Japan they are reviewing the laws on underage representation so thing like "Lolis" could become a thing of the past
it's NEVER right to sexualize underage kids, calling them Lolis doesn't matter they are underage and that's that but if someone "enjoys" looking at young girls in risque situations then they have issues
@FullbringIchigo
I bet you'll have lots to say when in Fire Emblem Three Houses you could potentially have an older teacher dating and having offspring with younger high school age students.
Funny all the fuss about sexual fanservice and not one word about copious bucketfuls of realistic blood and gore and gun violence. That's fun but digital bombs are bad?!
@GameOtaku that's always been the case though, blood and violence is fine but show a little skin and the parents throw a hissy fit
just look at films and TV, someone getting blown up is fine but show a little side boob and suddenly it's torches and pitchforks
but please don't misunderstand i DO believe censorship is wrong BUT i also think it's wrong to put underage kids in sexual situations for entertainment
@FullbringIchigo bruh, seems like you're desperate to defend Sony's bad practices. Nothing against Sony at all, just censoring. Seems like you're reaching way too much with the fact that Sony publishes other types of media. Music and movies don't censor that content.
@GameOtaku Agreed 100% Sony is basically banning everything including violence. I'm still surprised they had switched places with the Nintendo of the past.
@JamesJose7 no i'm not all i'm saying is they have more bases to cover
and like i have already said in the post above yours i DO believe censorship is wrong BUT i also think it's wrong to put underage kids in sexual situations for entertainment
@FullbringIchigo oh look another person staring about sexualization of childeren.
Let's start with this, because the following they even learn at my school back in those days, a child (or kid) is someone under 13 years old, above that age someone is called adolescent.
Second because in our western world people look different at younger people, so do we need to force japanese devs to make their games like they take place in a world with western rules?
Point is in japan being 16/17 years is different than being that over here, and not only in japan but also in some other countries too.
Third it's fake, it's a game or do I hear you scream about people cutting heads off in certain games, shooting them through heads, or cursing? It's fake and as long it is a game there is nothing wrong about it, if a game goes too far in violence or over sexualizing of women/males we have something called RATING BOARDS that will prevent such stuff from being releaed, so that's their job to censor stuff not Sony.
Fourth and most important point, if you don't like it then don't comment on it and don't play it, I hate a lot of games and I don't go to a comment section and complain about why I hate it and why it should be censored or whatever, just ignore it and play what you like.
P.S. we complain about "oversexualization" in games, meanwhile kids these days of such age do worse stuff, way worse than any games ever showed and believe me that they don't even play such games to learn that s***.
Unless you come up with a good argument that makes sense and is based on some facts, I advice you do grab a drink, enjoy your day (or night) and just stop commenting.
And unless you comment, I'm gonna enjoy my day too.
Have a nice day.
@Ralizah That's true, and the €10 DLC had also the full soundtrack of the game back then.
@Rayquaza2510 oh look another person not letting someone else have an opinion just because it differs from their
first back inb thoses days, this is a new game so how the hell does "back in those days" cover that
second the laws in Japan has changed and now it's 16+ not 13+
third it doesn't matter if it's a game it's still kid ffs and also the rating board has NOTHING to do with what goes in a game, they just give it a rating based on what's in a game it IS in fact up to publishers and console manufactures to censor games IF they need to
fourth i'll comment if i bloody well want too that's what a open forum is for, if they don't want people commenting and sharing their views then they shouldn't have a comment section
and why the hell should i need proof that oversexualization of young girls is wrong THEY ARE YOUNG GIRLS how is this so hard to grasp for some people, it doesn't matter what country it's made in if they plan on releasing it in other countries then YES they should modify it to be in line with their laws and sensibilities
but yes i will grab my drink and stop commenting because i just simply don't understand how people are angry some one said "no" to having this kind of content of their system, it's theirs and they can do what the hell they want with it, if they don't want a game or if they want it censored then that's their prerogative
I can't wrap my head around the discussion being had here in this comment section 😔😔😔
By the way, I completely agree with you @FullbringIchigo
I’m still getting it for the riveting pinball action
@UmbreonsPapa Everyone is mad at Sony for censorship, and ichigo doesn’t like the sexualization of high school girls in Japan. That’s as much as I could gleam before I couldn’t stand to read anymore of everyone’s nonsense. All I will say on the subject is that censorship is bad, mmkay
Game of the year
And now the Famous TATE mode is expected, en tout cas en France ...
Wow at these comments. @Fullbringichigo 🙏🏾👌🏾 Tell ‘em.
Some of you are better of on 4chan or something.
@FullbringIchigo Learn to read before commenting, sadly you don't.
"second the laws in Japan has changed and now it's 16+ not 13+"
I said that officially, ALSO in the west someone under 18 but above 13 is called adolescent and not a child, I said this because you talk about child/kids sexualization while all the characters are above that age, so they are adolescents and not childeren.
I know the japanese laws treat people above 16+ differently, and there is a reason why the whole cast is 16 years or older (so again I only said that above 13+ they are adolescents not childeren which is how you call them)
I won't even waste more time to comment on you, you act like a specific group of people I dislike.
That aside everybody has the right to have a opinion, as long as it's not pure BS which your comments are because you don't even know the series or it's lore and ignore what people say to you.
Good bye.
Ok, so sexualization of children is bad.
Now tell me, where does reality end and videogames start? Isn't the whole point of escapism like video games that we can experience that with should and could not be possible in our actual lives?
How do you REE people get up in arms about this mundane loli stuff, and then go and have fun abusing livestock (zelda), murdering police officers (gta) and beheading your opponents with a sniper rifle (most kids play these days).
How outraged are you over some anime poonani that you can't see you're screaming in the midst of a recruiting centre for the next Daesh?
Focus.
@Baart not to mention those people complain about anime games, but not what some kids do in real life which is worse (but solving real world issues is too difficult so they prefer to complain about games they dislike)
But you have a point, sadly those type of people won't listen to anybody that doesn't share their opinion even while theirs is based on BS and misinformation.
Keep up the good fight, guys. I've been fighting online against the prudes since the mid 90s.
I did cancel my Switch pre-order but only because I rather play it on Steam with possible better resolutions. /cries in Bon Apetit
HELLOOOOO NURSE!
@Joeynator3000 sony version of burst is heavily censored avoid getting that one till switch gets the uncensored one
@FullbringIchigo dude just stop you are making yourself look like a fool trying to make something out of nothing and sony censorship on 3rd party games is just wrong man.
@Aaronnnnn comment of the year
It seems to me that with all of the complaining about sexualization of underage fictional cartoon characters/polygons that the only people who should be allowed to play it are underage themselves. Censoring this would be ageist against teenage boys of whom it's perfectly normal to attracted to teenage girls.
They'd have to look at your license when you buy it, and if you're over 18 it's no sale; and if you already owned it and turned 18 the game would give all the ladies heavy fur coats and burkas, making it virtually unplayable.
Meh, everyone has their own opinion I guess. My thing is that there are so many characters in this series but it always seems to focus on these 5 characters. I get that they are probably the popular ones but come on. Where’s Rin? Anyways, I think I just might wait for a review on this game.
Now where is that Leisure suit Larry: Wet dreams don't dry review? Western pervy games are more tasteful.
@nintendolie Thank you so much
@shonenjump86 Rin and Homura are the 2 I miss here, but for some odd reason Yumi gets a lot of attention lately which is sad for a franchise that has 20+ other great characters.
@Nintendo_Thumb but would that apply to 18+ women buying this game too in your opinion? Because you would be surprised how many of them play these games too (to name my GF as one of them)
@Rayquaza2510 and @shonenjump86 , I think either Marvelous, Honey Parade or someone who do Senran Kagura merchandise did a poll in Japan, and thats why these girls are used the moste. Thought I do agree they could included more girls. Yumi is crazy popular in Japan for some reason.
